Thanks very much for the photos. Wish I could make it to all the cemeteries which I have relatives.
It is people like you who make it possible for people like me to gather family history that may have never been connected to the family.

Emmert cemetery, Memorial# 69647989 Nancy Ann Culp Hittle
Franklin Reporter, Sept. 30, 1882

Death of Mrs. Nancy Hittle

Mrs. Nancy Hittle died at her home about four miles north-west of Franklin Grove last Saturday morning, aged 71 years and 12 days. She was born in Columbia Co., Pennsylvania and came to this county about 40 years ago. Her remains were buried in the cemetery on the Dixon road last Sunday. A very large number of neighbors and friends were present to pay their last rrespects. The funeral discourse was preached by Rev. Levi Trostle.

This was in the August 2014 Lee Co. Genealogical Society's newsletter. She was the sister of my 2nd gr. grandmother Catherine Culp who married Nathan Hetler.
