I have been looking for years to find more information on Gideon A Hockman. I have paper where he signed up for the Civil War and it said Gideon was born in Meade County Ky.

I have a paper I got off fold3.com Gideon Hockman was born in Meade ky cause it ask where you was born and he wrote Meade ky. My cousin has information that priesllia Hockman married Washington Thompson.
You think that it might be different priesllia?
Yes that is right Gideon because I'm from his son James Madison Hockman, George Washington Hockman , Andrew Baxter, Garland Leroy Hockman.

Barry, I can understand why the land owner wouldn't like people going in there if it has some kind of ghost story attached to it. I'm so glad you was able to go there and take pictures of the stones for findagrave. I have a website at saveagrave.net I had a lady contact me about the cemetery, she does have family there. If you could just email me at saveagrave@gmail.com and let me know any information you have about contacting the land owner. She is out of state so she many never really go there, but may like to look it up on google maps. So if you can kind of tell me how she can find the location.
