I am an amateur photographer and research my family's history so photographing monuments combines two of the passions I have that keep the other side of my brain from atrophying (I work in IT).|
I usually post monument photos at sufficient resolution for printing a 4" x 6" image for your personal records.
I will willingly transfer any memorial requested within find-a-grave's parameters unless it is a member of my extended family in which case I will be open to discussion.
I give permission for my images to be posted on third party sites such as Ancestry but request that you notify me where the image is being used and note with the image "Copyright Bruce B. Gordon - used with permission" and that you only post a low resolution version on any commercial site (i.e. no more than 900 pixels maximum in any direction).

Thank you for my great aunt's photos. You really do a wonderful and careful job for Find a Grave.
|Elizabeth Cohoe||Your Photos - Thank you|
Bruce, thank you so much for fulfilling the photo request for my great uncle Rupert Broadfoot. It's nice to be able to see it, and I really appreciate the obvious care you took, and that you added a second photo to show the surrounding area. You're great!

Thank you so much for the picture of Ellen Cluff Curry. This greatly adds to my family tree and I am very grateful.
Thank you so much for the photos that you took of our ancestors. We truly appreciate your time & effort!
Below is the email to contact the city in regards to a burial location.
I would be more then willing to grab your photo once you obtain his location.

Happy to do it, Bruce. My curiosity was piqued and I wanted to get a photo for the memorials I had created for the children and grandchild not included on the marker.

Not a problem. I am from Indiana and I have been looking for long forgotten pioneer cemeteries so I understand. The group I work with we just found one that we had to use ground penetrating Radar to find. All the stones were under 2 to 3 feet of leaves and dirt. Good thin is they were well preserved

In doing the preparatory work for your photo requests for Laura Elgie and her three children at Mt Pleasant, I learned that there are three other family members interred in Plot E Section 20 Lot 4. They are Herbert and Laura's son Percy, their granddaughter Olive (daughter of Frederick Elgie) and their grand daughter Eleanor Thompson (daughter of Percy Elgie). I have created memorials 130882912, 130882812 and 130883069 for them.
