RE: Samuel Roberts married to Mary Jane Adelman
I already accessed the info on those sites. Just thought you might have something more, or know some other relative who may know something more. I found it quite comical when I found a copy of the marriage license of Jennie Nead. It had her middle name as Belle. I did learn in those days, it was common for the prospective groom to apply for the license alone. Either my great-grandfather didn't know his future wife's middle name and just made one up or someone couldn't read his writing...her correct middle name is Blanche, not Belle. Also, Jennie's mother's name was not listed, only her father's. So you can't rely solely on what info is on a marriage license! Thanks for the quick response!

Samuel Roberts married to Mary Jane Adelman
I learned a couple of years ago that my great-grandmother was married previously to a Rev. Edward B. Roberts who was the brother of Samuel Roberts, who I believe is related to you. Do you have any information on the Roberts family? I live just north of the city of York. My grandmother was the only child from their marriage. I would like to display something at our next family reunion in August 2016 showing the Roberts branch of our family. I have visited the cemetery in Maytown, Lancaster County, but had no success in finding my great-grandfather's grave, or either of his parents, Emanuel Roberts or Sarah Bostic Roberts. According to the death certificates I found online, all 3 Roberts were to have been buried in the Union Cemetery in Maytown.

RE: Edna Rentzel
Thank you so much!!! That picture is the only one I have of her. Thank you for sharing that information. I don't know much more about her other than she was so very sweet and would send me birthday cards with a 2 dollar bill in it. Since we lived so far from her I only got to see her a few times! I just started researching my Dads side of the family.

RE: Kathryn Wunch Jury
I'm sorry I don't know when Dorothy was born. Margaret (Smith) was born about 1907 and buried at Prospect Hill. Hilda was born about 1912 and lived in California. Gladys was born 1909 and lived in Philadelphia. Her last name was O'neill. (Not sure if that was her adopted name or married name. I believe she was the only child adopted and was not raised in the Children's Home of York.)

RE: Kathryn Wunch Jury
This Kathryn E Wunch Jury was my paternal Grandmother. Although my information is limited, I know, Her parents Edward & Elizabeth (?) Wunch died when she was very young. She was raised in the orphanage in York, Pa along with her sisters and brothers. Among them were Margaret, Hilda, Gladys, Dorothy, Raymond, and Edward. I believe there were two others. I have been trying for years to find more information through my family tree at My Heritage.com. Wish I could be of more help.

RE: Dasler/Dosler - Seven Stars
That's interesting, because John's gravestone says Dosler, but Conrad's is Dasler. I'll upload the other photo shortly.

No problem, will do. I wasn't sure who belonged to who, so I left it go. Any others you need, just let me know. Sheila

Hi Michael, Monday I was at Fairview to put out Christmas flowers and I always take a few pictures in case someone needs them. I took one of William and Bertha that showed up really good and I added it to their memorial. If you don't want it, please let me know and I will delete it. Thanks, Sheila
