Bio Photo Hello...

All requests for transfers should be done through the EDIT tab, select the suggest a correction tab on the memorial, that you would like...and please do not forget to add YOUR Findagrave number. This is the method that I prefer because it is easier for me.

Transfer guidelines always apply. Transfer requests will be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Thank you.

We often wonder if the new memorials we create make a difference. This one definitely did. I had lost track of my sister and hadn't heard from her since last Thanksgiving. I was browsing for some other family details when I ran across the FAG notice for my sister. It wasn't the news I wanted to see, but it answered my nagging question. Thanks so very much for creating the memorial, without which, I might still be wondering for years what ever happened to her.

RE: Shealy
haha! Glad this worked out.

So taphopiling is SUCH A COOL WORD!!! I had never heard of it, and had to look it up! Oh my gosh, I love it! You've given me a gift.

I am a logophile and a bibliophile, and now I know I'm a taphophile!!! :)

My late husband and I used to travel a lot and loved to visit old cemeteries wherever we went, and "collected" cool epitaphs.

Our favorite was in Eastern Scotland:
"One eye on Heaven, and one eye on the grave, becomes a man both mortal and immortal."

Hi Vince - I sent the following to Kim:
Hi Kim - I have worked with Vince (no guts no glory) on many memorials and I am sure we will correct this duplication. I sent a request to Vince for deletion of the memorial I have as the new memorial has all the data and links. Thanks for bring yhis to our attention - Bob

Haha! It was pretty funny, and perplexing. Kept my mind whirring for a while. I'm a widow and my name is also on my husband's tombstone. I often think - "I sure hope no one thinks I'm dead and creates a memorial for ME!" hahah! Thanks for figuring it all out. Hope you can blend the two ... they both have merit.

Hi, I am kind of new to this. I came across an ancestor that you took a picture of the headstone. It was James Hill. I was wondering if, whenever you might be in the area again, if you could take another picture and see if there is any way to get the writing more legible. I know after 100+ that may be asking a lot. Again, not to put you out, just if you are ever there or in that area. Thank you for your work. Me and the wife love walking through old cemeteries.
