Bio Photo Please feel free to contact me for changes and corrections to memorials, or if you would like a memorial transferred to you that I have posted. I am usually happy to transfer a memorial of a person that I am not related to, but if I am related, I would prefer to keep it. It's best to use the Edit Tab on the specific memorial to make it easier for me to find who you're inquiring about. I get a LOT of edit requests and transfer requests!

Would you happen to know where a person could find information about a murder that happened in Rockingham Co. in 1877???

The person killed was a George Gideon Goode. He was supposedly shot while he was sitting at the table eating dinner at someone's house.

I've been sent something about the trial of the killer--a Wyatt McKinsie (whose last name should actually be McKenzie). But I'd love to find the details in a newspaper or something.

I asked "Dee"--and she referred me to you.

Jacob Thalhimer
can you find death, burial place, obit for him?
he was born in Richmond, Va. circa 1851. He was Moses brother.
He was living in NY when Moses died in 1935 per Moses obit.
