Bio Photo Hi!!! My name is Greg Adkins. I was born in West Liberty, Kentucky. I am the 2nd of 7 children in my family. I come from a very large family. My father's parents had 16 children & my mother's parents had 10 children. I'm the proud father of 3 children (Corey, Cameron & Caneishia). I enjoy spending time with my family. I decided to join Find-A-Grave to honor my deceased loved ones & to add graves of others so they will not be forgotten.

Sharon E Gibbs Hemmingson

Someone enter an incorrect birth place on the memorial for Sarah E Gibbs Hemmingson. I have corrected this error to Sharon' correct place of birth Bath Co, KY.

Sharon' mother was Emma Blanch Griffey,

Sharon Gibbs Hemmingson

In checking Kentucky birth index on ancestry, Kentucky birth index has Sharon Gibbs Hemmingson, memorial # 120432345, born Bath Co. Bath County, KY., does have a little community called Pine Grove. I know its a little confusing when she was born and lived in one county, buried in another.

So many people when they see Maytown listed as the place of birth or death on some of the older death certificate, they assume its got to be Maytown, Morgan Co. Wolfe Co also had and still has a little community called Maytown.

Travis & Rebecca Quicksall Davis
Greg, Since you are the originator for the above memorials and the person that now maintains them has disabled his e-mail, I thought maybe you could answer my question? Travis and Rebecca Davis are my wifes 3x Great-Grandparents, I submitted a request last week for a photo of their tombstone. However, It came back red-flagged that they could not be found in that cemetery. Can you help me out with this one? Are they there or not? no tombstone? etc. If you have any info, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Wilma West
Gibbs Family
Hi Greg, My name is Wilma West and my Mother-In-Law was Lou Etta Gibb's daughter. Her niece just called me and notified me of Otis Gibbs passing. I haven't done a lot of research on my husbands side of the family but do have some things. I told Sue (mother in law's niece about this sight and will try to get her in touch with you. She is interested in some of the genealogy on that side of the family I think. What you are doing here is great and I can tell you that it helps so many of us that love finding out about our family tree!! I just want to say "Thank You" so much!

Etta Rine
Adkins Cemetery
Hi Greg. I need some info for Adkins Cemetery. There is one listed on Find a Grave aka Dock Adkins Cemetery at Elk Fork. My grandparents, James Elbert and Maude Keaton Wolfenbarger are buried in an Adkins Cemetery also located at Elk Fork. Several of my O'neal family members are also buried there but there are only Adkins listed for the Dock Adkins Cemetery. Could this possibly be the same cemetery I'm looking for. I have pics of the stones for my family members and would like to add them to Find a Grave. I'd appreciate any info you could give me. You can email me at: Thanks, Etta Rine.

RE: Nola Jenkins Wright
Greg I am curious about the Sam Wright that she was married to. Do you know who his parents are. My dad has a half sister that was married to a Sam Wright, they married in 1902 Morgan County. She had two kids by him, I have the children and her of course, but nothing on him. Is this the same Sam Wright. Any help would be appreciated. If there is a problem with the obit let me know.
