Bio and Links
Bio Photo Will & I live in Montgomery Alabama. I joined the service and raised 4 children. We both have interest in old cemeteries. As we look for request, we have come across some of Wills family that his family members could not locate.

When we post picture we do not mind if you post to other sites. We post because a loved one is looking and this may be their only link. Please feel free to ask us questions or if you would like us to try and get more information.

We have one cemetery, Greenwood, that the sextons there do not like helping find a grave so we just have to drive around and hope we find them. LOL

Hope y'all have a great day.

Norman Scott has submitted links to his parents, as I have tried to do. If/when the links are accepted it will link him to his brothers, bringing this unique group of five Naval Academy graduates and four of them Naval Aviators together for the first time since 1944 before two were Killed in Action in the Pacific battles of WWII, ehen all were decorated for their valor.

Thank you for the work you are doing to assist all of us searching for our families.
I was in Montgomery at Oakwood Annex last October and visited the graves of many relatives. It was getting late and I never found the grave of my great uncle William Joseph(Bill Joe) Metcalfe. He is in the area behind Hank Williams Monument. If you are in the cemetery before I can get back to Montgomery, and you see his grave, I would appreciate you taking a picture. His Father is Dr. A.B. Metcalfe, buried in Oakwood Annex.
Thank you,
Brenda

Lena Mae Gordon in Greenwood
Are you related to Lena Mae Gordon you created a memorial for? If so, we are cousins. Her mother was a sister of my great-grandmother.

i hsve created a mamorial for his wife Priscilla, inurned at St John's Episcopal Church Colombarium and linked her memorial to his. Another graver, in Elmore County, the family home, and I are cooperating in bringing this distinguished Alabama family together. I have created a "Crommelin" virtual cemetery to group their memorials; it is publicly accessible on my profile page. I am working on getting Lucky Bag (Naval Academy yearbook) photos for the five brothers to post to their memorials.
