|I will transfer graves if you specificaly tell me how your related, don't ask if you are only going to say he/she is related to me. I will follow the guidelines based in the helps section "How do I get a relative's memorial transferred to me?"|
Also understand if you are just a few months NEW to FAG or have only a very few memorials, I will probably NOT transfer any memorials. It seems folks join, then quickly loose interest or feel everyone should hand over their work so they don't actually contribute much, when it says memorials created 5 and memorials managed 150, that usually means they are all transfers : (
A portion of the of the memorials listed here are from records which I ran across in research of my own family, and wanted to give them a spot to be remembered as well. Others were given to my by FAG to help maintain after the passing of a dear archivist. I appreciate your help in correcting and improving any memorials I have listed.
If you find mistakes or want me to make additions, please use the edit tab on the memorial to let me know. I will gladly make corrections/additions. Please send memorial numbers when requesting links.

Hi Connie, happy to transfer Beth's memorial. I searched for her death certificate but couldn't find it in the online data base. Did she die with a different last name? or maybe outside of Missouri? Hopefully, you can fill in her blanks!

I suggested an edit for the Jacob Horn Memorial# 173013316 and want to explain. As to his date/place of death, that he died in Kingston, Ross County, Ohio on 10/27/1828 is supported by a number of documents in his probate file for that county. Most clearly is a claim submitted to the executer and signed off on by Kitty Bishop Horn stating that the carpenter built Jacob's coffin on October 28, 1828. I use October 27 as his date of death because I assume they would have buried him very quickly but that unless he died in the very early hours of October 28, likely there was some delay in building the coffin. Also, that is what happened in the case of his brother Phillip, who died two days after Jacob also in Kingston In his file, the coffin is built October 30, 1828 while the start date for his Widow's allowance from the estate clearly starts October 29. The reason some use March 1829 as Jacob's date of death is that there is a probate file for him in Berkeley County, West Virginia (formerly Virginia). However, the only purpose of that probate proceeding was to close out Jacob's inheritance from his father's estate. Same is true for Phillip. Finally, I forgot to include a suggested change of Jacob's birthdate. According to a family bible, Jacob was born in 1793. This bible is described in a book athttp://hdl.handle.net/2027/wu.89066163700, at page 584.

Hi, my name is Jennie. My great great grandparents are A.E Kephart and Margaret Easton. May I have permission to use your picture on here for AE Kephart? Do you have the names listed for each member in the picture? Would you happen to have a picture of Margaret Kephart Strum?
