--------JOURNEY'S END--------
When I come to the end of my journey
And I travel my last weary mile,
Just forget, if you can, that I ever frowned
And remember only the smile.

Then forget to grieve for my going;
I would not have you sad for a day.
In summer just gather some flowers
And remember the place where I lay.

And come in the shade of the evening
When the sun paints the sky in the west,
Stand for a few moments beside me
And remember only my best.

Wells Chase - Concord, NH (#115143014)
Hi - I was trying to fulfill a photo request for this memorial. I contacted the cemetery office for plot information and they don't have a record for him in this cemetery. I was wondering if you would mind sharing how you knew he was buried here? What source you might have? I could share that with the cemetery office and that might help find his record and stone.
Thanks! Stephanie

Agnes Mary Whitcombe
Hi Lisa,

I am Agnes and George Henry Whitcombe's great grandaughter. My Grandmother was Agnes Mary Whitcombe's daughter who married Frank Rider. It has been very interesting finding out your line of the family

RE: Opotiki Cemetery
Hi Lisa
I already let them know of the problem through Geoffrey Gillon

- but it seems that Geoffrey who was acting as an unpaid editor has now fallen out with them perhaps because he was finding so many mistakes!!

I don't know what else to do

Actually, my sister has been to Whiteside in Richmond County, Nova Scotia, and this grave is the burial site of my gr-gr-grandparents, MaryAnn White and Roderick McDonald. It is a photo she took when she was there.

This is a link to some of the burials located there:

Cartherine Anne Carroll
Hi Lisa,
There is a St. Patrick's Cemetery in Whiteside, Richmond County, Nova Scotia, and I am wondering if this is actually where Cartherine Anne Carroll White is buried, rather than in Antigonish? She died in Whiteside, and Whiteside is the home of the White family.
