Bio and Links
Bio Photo Your tombstone stands among the rest;
Neglected and alone.
The name and date are chiseled out
On polished, marbled stone.
It reaches out to all who care
It is too late to mourn.
You did not know that I exist
You died and I was born.
Yet each of us are cells of you
In flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
Entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
One hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
Who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved,
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot,
And come to visit you.

"Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The goal at Find A Grave should not be to manage all of your family members. If you have information to add, you should suggest it to the current manager and they should make the changes."
~Jim Tipton, creator of Find A Grave.

We have been researching for a couple decades. Families: Buckmaster, Patterson, Wollam, all variations of Teatsorth, Falk/Faulk, Johnson, Lee, Collier, Eschbarger, Orr, Brinton, Thomas, Grau, Hyde, Case, all variations of Brandeberry, Richcrick (Reichenbach), Slote, Balken, Ulmstead, Flower, Dick, Graham, Hyatt, and many more.

Also a focus on those who have fought for and kept us free ~ our American veterans. We have a virtual cemetery for these units: 31st and 49th Ohio Infantry who fought during the Civil War.

David Duane Buckmaster
Photo of Cemetery is not the Cemetery where David is buried. The Cemetery is Lake View but the entrance has an iron gate, it no way looks like the photo.
Also Dave and Julie Buckmaster are not relatives of David Duane Buckmaster.

Bedford W. Brandeberry
Dear drbuck:

Thanks for catch;ing the typographical errors in the Findgrave.com memorial for Bedford W. Brandeberry. Yes, the f ending his first name was a mistake as was also 1012 instead of 1912.HIs childrenbyc Alice Marie Pfund are my second cousins.

I see you apparently have Ohio connections. Ny maternal links are very deep in Fulton County, Ohio.

Best,

Buckmaster / Sherow Connection
Hello Dave and Julie:

I have a theory: My theory is that you have two Buckmaster sisters Isabelle (born in 1832) and Julia Ann (born in 1852) who have ties to the the Sherow family. Isabelle married Henry Yant whose daughter Sarah married Lewis [Louis] Sherow and Julia Ann who married Emanuel Sherow (Lewis's brother).

Would you agree or disagree with this theory and / or have any documentation to prove either way?

Thank you, Aaron (4th Great Nephew to Lewis and Emanuel Sherow)

Sorry my friend .... but I don't agree with that thought. Rank is for those that died holding that rank .... which he didn't.

Stan Buckmaster - Commando Memorial
Hello "dr". I noticed you left a flower for Stan Buckmaster at Commando Memorial in Scotland. If you have any additional info for him, I'll be glad to add it. Jim-S.[46879912] 04 July 2016
