|What began as a casual researching hobby my mother and I could enjoy together has become a fascination I eagerly continue after her death. |
I am more than happy to transfer management of any memorials that are not in my own ancestry line. I also truly appreciate corrections and additional information for existing memorials.
As to any photos of grave markers, monuments and people that I have posted here, please feel free to use them as you desire (assuming not-for-profit use). Credit is appreciated, but not required.
It is my hope and honor to assist you in your search - as you have all truly assisted me in mine!

OD is the older section of this cemetery. Many of the headstones have fallen and are not legible if they still exist at all. I walked the entire section and could not find this one. So sorry.

Yes, Frances Louise (Booth) Keller was a relative from my mother's side. She actually died in New York, and may have been cremated, which may have been handled by her brother Robert Booth. Robert Booth later moved to Kenai, Alaska, and set up this memorial gravestone, possibly burying her ashes there. Robert died in 2012, and he is on this website as well as their mother Louise R (Wertz) Booth.
Robert J Booth (her brother) grave ID: 123096899
Louise R (Wertz) Booth (her mother) grave ID: 110074329
I do not know why the Keller & Booth are reversed, but I believe her brother wanted to make the Booth family name dominate the gravestone. Also, "Keller" was the last name of her husband she had divorced from.
Anyway, Frances was born on 8 Dec 1916 in Sioux City, Iowa - and died in New York, New York.

Not related; just love helping others with their genealogy :)

Thank you so much. At the time the stone was
placed his living siblings all noticed it immediately. My mom tried to have it fixed at
the company that did the initial engraving, but
it still looks botched and like an "E". I guess it
would probably have to be totally redone to look correct. However, until then I did want the Find A Grave
record to be correct. Thanks so much.
