RE: Hi Edward
Tom, no I'm not a relative of the Beads or Beals. My interest is in updating Find A Grave from the Wayne County Burial Records book that I have. The book is not for sale anymore and I was lucky enough to find a copy and buy it some years ago. So now I'm trying to make sure that the information in the book is available to everyone via Find A Grave.

I received this from a hand written letter on Apr 3 1990 from J.R. Tressler in Montpelier, Ohio it reads:
Dear Mrs. Hughes: I am sending you information and also a part of a church record that I believe will be of some help. Will also give you some Ref to other places of information.
The information I use mostly as it coincides with other sources if from a sketch made by Albert Willis Tressler of which my father and him were cousins and I have met him as he were doing this sketch in the 1940?
For the record Andrew Tressler was father of Johnathan and Joseph Tressler (Brothers) Johnathan being your line. Joseph being my line.
There is also a sketch made by Geo. Tressler Scott, the Grandson of John Tressler and Elizabeth Loy Tressler. His sketch shows a record back to 1705 of which is in the Parish Register at Jagsthausen District of Heibrom, Wurtemberg, Germany, (Note this Register shows all of family births and deaths also marriages.
Johann Jacob Dressler married to 1st wife Dorothea Schmied, died at childbirth 6 Mar 1707, 2nd wife Eva Magdalena Rathgeber. Son Johann Andreas born Mar 30, 1714 his wife Anna Barbara Bernhardt
Johann Andreas Jr. b May 28 1747 now the Registry shows no more information after 1747 in Germany.
Then records show arrival Sep 13, 1749 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Then in the year 1765 the Tax Record - His name listed under the letter "D", but spelled Tressler, then following his trak west his name showed up Andrew Tressler, his wife Catherine Hammon . died May 12, 1850. Andrew Died Oct 2, 1828 Now I think you can pick this up from the Albert Tressler Sketch.
Tresslertown orphanage is now a Correctional Institution. The Tressler Family Archives and antiques was at the Tressler Town orphangage home and now believed to be in a Cushman Museum, started by a relative of the Loy Family. Hope to go there this Fall and try to locate. This is near Loysville, Pennsylvania.
I have always wanted to get to Montana as I understand that the State Historical Society have some interesting facts. This being near Malta, Montanna. Thank you(This sketch shows a name ASHBAUGH or Amrsbaugh (Marsha's note : The name is Ashbaugh, my mother's maiden name and lineage.)
Sincerely J.R. Tressler RR#, Montpelier, Ohio .

The Family History Library has a book on the Tresslers with Photos.
After Jonathon 1792 and Elizabeth Phillips, His father is Johann Andrew Tressler Jr. married to CAtherine Hamman, with 12 children, I have their information, then Johann Andrew Tresser's father is Johann Andreas Dressler Sr. married to Anna Barbara Bernhardt, next is John Jacob Dressler married to Eva Magdalena Rathgeber, and goes to the last gr. grandparents I have is Heinrich Jacob Dressler 1628 Germany and Anna Barbara (Dressler no last maiden name as of yet). I hope this will be beneficial for you. I have more information after 44 years of research and could give that to you as to my sources, w/o sources the info would be sketchy I prefer to have sources to my research. My mother's line goes from Rosa Ellen Tressler married to Henry Zeigler- Rosa' father is David Tressler married to Elizabeth Shall. Elizabeth's father is Isaac Shaull married to Rebecca Mesmore they had 8 children. Isaac's father is Jacob Shaull/Schall married to Susan Ann Pultz they had 9 children, Jacob Shaull's father is Nicholas III Schall married to Elizabeth Benner/Banner they had 10 children, Nicholas III's father is Nicholas Jr. Schall married to Anna Margretha Beck they had 7 children, Nicholas Jr.'s father is Nicholas Sr. Schall married to CAtherine UNK they had 5 children. All above with births deaths marriages etc. There was a record in the FHL in SLC that had the Schall's had a castle , and used to be Von Schall- and they were also found in the bible when they went through the Red Sea with Moses.I may be reached at lamplady70@gmail.com

RE: Truly Thank You
Hi Tom,
You're very welcome. I figured you are a relative with your knowledge of them. I think our family crosses paths. My grandmother was a Leightley/Yount and related to the Schall line.

Merry Christmas to you and yours.
