I made the family links that you suggested and transferred the memorial to your care.

Kindest regards,

Soloman Allred Cemetery
Mr. Norrod,

I want to thank you for sharing your photographs of Soloman Allred Cemetery in Overton County, TN. My grandpa's great-grandparents, Balem F and Mary Jane (Ann) Davis are buried there, and I have been searching for their places of burial with little luck for almost 4 years now. It's wonderful to now know that their headstones are still standing and that a new one to replace the aging ones has been placed there.

I know that the GPS coordinates listed for Soloman Allred Cemetery on FindAGrave aren't quite right - I went there last year thinking I would find it but found Grant Norrod Cemetery instead. Would you happen to have the correct GPS coordinates or have directions on how to get to Soloman Allred Cemetery? I live in Ohio but go to Tennessee every Memorial Day weekend to visit relatives. While we are there, we always visit several cemeteries to pay our respects to our ancestors, and I would love to be able to visit Balem and Ann's markers to pay respects.

Thanks again,
Kim Cochrun

the West family
Thanks for your updates. I will try to correct and add your info. I am new at this so forgive me for being so slow. Just learning. This is my first attempt to add family and neighbors and friends I know to the cemetery records. Appreciate all updates and will try my hardest to correct all entries. I knew Mr. West and his wife Notie but was very young but they ran a store near our house here in Center Point Tenn. Loved them Sweet people. They ran our local grocery store and sold it to the wood brothers. I grew up with all the Wood children. Contact me again Gail Arnold Margeson my e-mail

Thank you!
Thank you for taking the time to find Chris's marker. I went up a few weeks ago to find it, but there had been a train accident on the mountain and I wasn't able to get through. Thank you very much!

Thank you very much for your careful search for John Gum's headstone. Perhaps he doesn't have one or it is buried or missing?
I certainly appreciate you taking your time to try and find it.
