A bit about me:|
I'm a first-generation Californian whose ancestors were among the earliest founders and patriots of the great country that became the United States of America.
A distant cousin, Edgar J. Bullard, once wrote, "To preserve details about our ancestors from wasting records and fast-decaying monuments is the privilege and the meed of those who compile family histories." I couldn't agree more.
I've been a serious genealogist since 1994. Some here at Find a Grave insist that Find a Grave is not a genealogical tool. The rest of us know that it IS a useful genealogical tool (generally), like it or not. As such, I believe that memorials should contain accurate information. If I manage one that needs correction, just send me an edit request or contact me and I'll fix it.
I am not a memorial hoarder. I am always willing to transfer memorials for individuals that are not in my own family tree to someone else who is related. You need not be within the four-generation direct line guideline for me to transfer a memorial to you.

|Chris Enright Snyder||Gage in Maplewood Cemetery|
I put up a photo of the entrance to Maplewood Cemetery in Marlborough on the Gage memorial of which you asked for a photo. I'm sorry that findagrave then said that your request was met. But it was not. Please list this photo request again.

I'm going through some old records from my wife's family,and I ran across an obituary for Henry VanderBogart. Henry was the son of William VanderBogart (memorial #26112527). The obituary is 7 pages long. Would you like a copy of the obituary? If so, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I can email you a copy. Thanks.
THis is the memorial I was questioning you aboutl

|amber ||Eugene J Thacker "Skeeter"|
While taking photos of the other Thacker's you requested, I noticed a Eugene J Thacker near Eugene D. Thacker so I took a photo of this grave as well. I'm not sure if they are related but thought it better to be safe. Eugene J Thacker had a birth of Aug 21 1961 and death of April 11 2009. Please let me know if you'd like this photo.

|Richard Jones||RE: Ivy Loving (Patterson) Cade Marshall (Chico Cemetery)|
Just a note to inform you that I have fulfilled your photo request for Ivy Marshall. She has been moved from her previous location and is currently interred in a crypt in the Chico mausoleum. There are many reasons for cemetery's to do this and would be happy to provide further information privately if that is what you desire. At any rate, you are welcome and best of luck to you!
