Thanks for your quick response. I'm afraid dear aunt Julia is in that lost cemetery information. The person at the cemetery told me there 'may' be a footstone on grave number two. But she couldn't find any inscription on it. I just may have to make a drive to the Cemetery and play archaeologist. Wouldn't be the first time we have dug up buried headstones. Thanks again for all your help.

You are certainly welcome. That old Gothic script on Finnish headstones is sure a challenge. That particular one is the MOST difficult one I have *ever* seen.

Francis and Amanda Breed Pelton also had a son, Wells Stacey Pelton who was born 3 May 1854 in Byron, Fond du Lac, WI. (WI Pre 1907 Birth Records) He married Fanny Jones, date unknown. He died 25 Sept 1924 in Seattle, King, Washington. (WA Vital Records)
Their daughter, Emma Sultana Pelton Burns was my great grandmother.
