John & Charlotte Wilde's children
Please add Arnold, Erwin, and Clarence Wilde to John & Charlotte's list of children. Arnold & Erwin are buried at Restlawn Memorial Park in Wausau, WI, and Clarence is buried at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Stettin.

Erwin is my grandfather, and Arnold & Clarence are my great-uncles.

Colwell Family
Thank you so much for the transfer of Sarah L, Charles C. and William Perry Colwell. My husband's family appreciates your work to establish their memorials. I look forward to locating the whole family- Mama, Daddy, and all nine of their offspring- and linking them.

I took the date from his death certificate. You may just want to state in his bio, the death date from his TXDC. Thanks Carol Anne

RE: incorrect link
Thanks for checking;. I thought this might be form a Find A Grave generated link and maybe they had an error in their match-up linking script or another Find A Grave editor got a link wrong. Thanks for your good work here, and your followup on this.

incorrect link
Him, Diane and John. Thanks for the memorials you have put up for the Christian family in Sunset Cemetery, Willcox, Arizona. These are my cousins.

I found that the link to Bette Jo Christian Byrd on her parents' memorials is going to the memorial of a Mildred Simmons in Connecticut. You might want to check that out and correct that link.

I tried several gambits but could not discover the proper link to Bette Jo's memorial.

Diane and John are saints. They had previously taken a photo of my Mom's grave but her headstone was defective and had severe weather damage such that you couldn't read it.

I had the headstone replaced and I reached out to them. Diane and John on their next trip stopped by and took a new photo of the headstone and had it posted on this site. They also emailed me a copy of the photo.

Thanks again Diane and John for the valuable service you provide and the way you honor the deceased of America.

RE: Re: Walter Wilde
Thank you for adding the information. The death notices can provide really valuable information for researchers looking for family links. I have removed the article from the photo section.

Many thanks for the transfer. I am working to get the Crosses linked up and your transfer was a help.

Sorry for any further confusion. I'm going out to Milbank, hopefully, maybe I can ask around what the deal is. I know my great grandparents are buried in the Swedish Mission Cemetery in Vernon Township, and there's confusion around it's 'true' location. Things get a bit murky lol

I'll leave it in your hands. If I find something out I'll shoot you a message.

As for Delmer's obit, I think I googled it. has been an awesome resource for obits. If there not there, then I usually have to contact a newpaper archive, or historical societies are an awesome resource too. With that said, I've spent some change on all that. lol It's all fun and rewarding.

Good luck and thanks for all your work.
