I am the son of Okey L. King Sr. and Edna Stone King. I have been the pastor of Peniel Pentecostal Holliness Church in Tuckahoe, Greembrier County, West Virginia for 26 years.

I have been working on family history for 12 years and have, at this time, more than77,200 individuals in my data base. All of these have been typed in one at a time. I became weary of doing only our own families, so, I also work on the families of my nighbors.

I also have a large website which I call "Okey's West Virginia." This site features West Virginia History, family history, and the Gospel. Most of the photos are by myself and by my grandson Jonathan King. The music is mostly bluegrass gospel. I have maintained this site for ten years and have just recently greatly inlarged it. I think you will enjoy it. I also have a cemetery section on thsi site.
I returned to college in my older years and earned a degree in English and history. God bless.
