Marble information
First, I have to correct some incorrect information in my prior message. Freegrace's DOD is recorded as Sept 30, 1775 in the Town and State Vital Records. The April 21, 1799 DOD noted in the History of Sutton that I referenced incorrectly is that of his great-grandson Freegrace, son of Alpheus Marble and Anna Dudley Marble, who died at age 7.

My lineage is:

Freegrace/Mary Sibley
Enoch/Abigail Holland
John, Sr./Nancy Lathe
Ezra Sibley Marble/Fanny Gibbs
Ezra Washington, Sr./Ella Jane Wheelock
Ezra Washington, Jr./Jennie Putnam
Luella Marble Gurney/Ralph Gurney, Sr.
Barbara Gurney Weaver/William Weaver

I would like to expand the limited information I have on Samuel's lineage. Can I add you as a guest to my family tree on Ancestry? Review what is there and send me corrections/additional information (to If yes, is the e-mail address listed on your profile valid?

Samuel Marble 1648-1720
On Memorial #41577053, you have listed Freegrace Marble as a child of Samuel and Rebecca with "*calculated relationship" noted.

The "calculation" is supported by information in the History of Sutton (Mass), 1704-1876, which states that Freegrace was the son of Samuel and Rebekah. It also has his date of death listed as April 21, 1799.

You refer to their son Job in the commentary. I suggest listing him as one of the children.

Am I correct to presume that you have Marble lineage? I am 9th generation residing in Sutton (my material grandmother being the last of our lineage with Marble surname).
