|I've been doing genealogy lookups for people since 1996. I am county coordinator for the MTGenWeb for Butte-Silver Bow County. I am also a volunteer at the Butte-Silver Bow Archives.|
I also take photos of gravesites I come across while doing findagrave requests, and I especially like to take photos of the older headstones and markers so that there will at least be a record of their existence. Many are getting so old they are not very readable.
I am also photographing as many of the GAR headstones that I can find. Some are very hard to read. If anyone finds errors with the information I enter, I will be happy to make corrections. I will also be happy to transfer management to relatives of any of those for whom I have created memorials.
For anyone needing more information on their relative(s) who are buried in the Butte, I will be happy to do a search.
Requests can be emailed to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Thanks for taking the pic. As I live in Scotland I probably would never have managed to see the grave. Much appreciated.
|S. Aijala||Elizabeth Rahikka Aijala grave marker|
Just an 'fyi' to let you know that the new gravestone for Elizabeth Aijala is complete and at Mt. Moriah cemetery. (I do have a photo of it but it may not be permanently installed yet due to weather.) Thank you for putting me in touch with Bernie at Butte Granite Works. He was a huge help in replacing Elizabeth's deteriorating home made marker.
|Peter Hakze||Nellie Schwanekamp, headstone|
Thanks a lot for the photos of her headstone. I copied them to her husband Ferdinand, with your name as provider.

Thank you for taking picture on the headstones for Luke Keefe and his wife, Michael and Margaret Keefe. Thanks for added the Keefe family plot pictures also. So glad the weather was good for the pictures.
Yes, Byron's mother was William Horne's sister. I've been trying to determine where she is buried, but her last name changed so many times, it's hard to track down. With such a big space between William and Byron, I suspect she's there.
No, those are perfect. Thank you!

Yes, familysearch.org. I do the memorials as I index records for this site.
