|I have been researching Family and local history for the last five years. I had to find a hobby to help me get through the Indiana winter season. I spend the rest of my time at work and fishing.|
So if you need a photo or info on a local Jasper County Indiana Cemetery let me know and I will try my best to find it.

I am very interested in doing this cemetery if I could find it. I think I must live right around it. I live in Deavertown and the internet said it is on the south side of town, which is where I live. The only two cemeteries I know of is the Baptist and Methodist. If it ever quits raining, I will go ask some of the older residents of the town to see they might know where the remains are. I found this site online called catholic record society that talks about this church and it names Phillip in the bulletin. I didn't know if you had ever seen that.
Thanks so much for getting out and taking this pic!! Much appreciated,

I see you have claimed request in this cemetery. I can tell you that the stone for Thomas is not there. This is my family and we have removed the stone to be fixed. The others are broken and in very bad shape.

Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to obtain the photo of Ernest and his wife Ora Belle's headstone. It is an excellent picture and I really appreciate it.

Thank you SO much for furnishing the photo of Elizabeth Hannaman Wyatt's headstone. It looks as if you had to hack through the jungle to get to it. It also looks as if the stone is very worn. Were you able to read that what written on it? I am of course looking for genealogy hints as well. There are two headstones in the photo, did you notice if the second was that of her husband, William Wyatt... he died in May of 1871 and I still chasing the mystery of where he is buried. Was that photo just taken??? I thought you would still be under a ton of snow! Again, Thank you!!! Nancy Staudt
P.S. Elizabeth is my 4th great grandmother so this means a lot to me.
