Hi - I have been unable to photo any other Saltsgaver headstones. My research from Ancestry.com records Gasper pd taxes earliest 1816 then Peter, Frederick, Jacob and Casper. The headstones were made by the same person out of a stone that deteriorates - a couple of those stones are unrecognizable and face down in the dirt. Would you care for a photo of the area where I located them? Since the family settled in Buffalo Twnshp, Guernsey Cty, Senecaville have you checked other cemeteries? I'll be leaving Ohio in a couple of weeks, please let me know your wish quickly and I'll snap a photo. Thanks

Since there is no monument, are you requesting a photo of the plot?
|Joyce Rye Kasberg||David Saltsgiver|
David Saltsgiver # 24144682 is linked to Rufus E. Pugh as his father. Would you please unlink this father memorial.
David born 1840. Rufus born 1911.
You're very welcome.

George was a busy man. From what I can tell he was married three times. First to Susan Clever - she died in 1908. Second marriage to Grace Heffelbower who died in 1912. Cemetery records show that a daughter named Grace was born to George and Grace in 1912 (Grace the mother possibly died in childbirth). Grace was 30 years younger than George. Third wife was Mary.
Please check my research but this is what I can figure out at this point.

I researched Mary and found out that she was married to James C. Noaker. James died in 1911. In the 1920 census she is listed as being married to George. I contacted the owner of all three of their memorials and he updated their info and linked them. I hope this all makes sense. What is odd is that Mary is not buried with either of her husbands. They are each buried in a different section of the cemetery.

Can you update the name for this memorial to reflect what's on the Headstone (Hippert). Hepfer is only one of many variations and is misleading since the stone does show 'Hippert'.

Sorry, I don't have any clearer of a photograph of the tombstone for Isabella and David. I can read it as David, 1840-1922 and Isabella, 1844-1928.

I was working on some Bowens who are buried in Spring Hill. I came across Mary's name in the records since her maiden name was Bowen. I noticed that Wilton had entered a memorial for her that has a married name of Noaker. Is this correct? I can't find her name listed anywhere under the Noakers or being married to one of them. Plus George outlived Mary by three years so she did not remarry. I'm just trying to get the info straight. It seems like her last name on the memoiral should be Saltzgiver. Thanks!
