Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Ordway, Colorado. I was born in LaJunta, Colorado and lived in Sugar City and Ordway, Colorado until I was six years old and then my family and I moved to Golden, Colorado where I was raised. My mother was from Crowley, Colorado and my father was from Sugar City, Colorado. My mother's last name was Kimball and my father's last name was Gerlock. I have four daughters', seven grandsons', three granddaughters', two great grandsons' and one great granddaughter. I will find a grave anywhere in Crowley County, Otero County, Pueblo County, Bent County, Lincoln County and Kiowa County Colorado and eventually all of Colorado. Also, if you have an obituary of the person or any suggestion e-mail me and I will put it on their memorial.

RE: Minnie Shirley
Patricia,
Thank You for sending Minnie's memorial number.

I sent an edit to Virgil's memorial of his parents.

I do not believe Virgil and Minnie had any children. Do you know of any?

Our family was and is close to Virgil's brother and his family.

RE: Minnie Shirley
Patricia,
Thank You for the email.

I believe that my hair is as white as yours.
But neither yours nor my head of hair is as white as the snow outside here in Missouri.

Please help me locate my Minnie Shirley error. Would you be so kind as to email Minnie's memorial number. I just cannot locate her.

We have enough crazy marriages now days that we do not need a Minnie Shirley spouse of Minnie Shirley.

I thank You.

RE: Shirley Crow
Patricia,

Thanks for pointing out that mistake On Shirley birth year. Yes it should have been 1914 and not 1014.

Oops! So sorry---the only Dawson who is "mine" is Chester. The others belong to the family who owns the Sand Creek Masssacre land. No relation, just coincidence.

If you want to transfer Elizabeth Towse...and any other Towses, Dawsons, Givens or Vroomans in Eads Cemetery to me, I'd happily take them on. They're all close family.
Thanks so much for taking these photos. I took them 20 years ago and cant lay my hands on them (too many piles of papers and photos; you know what I mean!).

Thank you for your work
I may have said this before, Patricia, but if I have it can't hurt to say it again. Thank you so much for your work on these Colorado gravestones! All the best, Becky Roorda (labwriter)
