When my soul is restless
And things seem out of line,
I visit an old graveyard
To take a mystical step back in time.

I find the oldest tombstones
Then read the messages there;
I consider what their days had been
And how our lives in ways compare.

We all have lived though heartaches
As well as episodes of fun;
Surviving loss of loved ones,
And rewarded for a job well done.

Sometimes if I'm very still
I can hear what they have to say
And feel them reaching out to me
Grateful for my momentary stay.

RE: Old Brown Cemetery
So you took this photo at Old Brown Cemetery? I know graves were moved just trying to figure out where this marker once stood. Robie

Old Brown Cemetery
I hope you don't think I have lost my mind but somehow I have two enteries for Mary Julie Ann Phillips. One entry(80294394)you transferred to me and one I made (#84518519).

Now where my mind is lost is why I did it. I must have gotten and email or something but can't find it.

Can you tell me for sure where the marker for her truly is at Old Brown Cemetery or Roundhill? I'm guessing Old Brown because you made initial entry but I needed to get this straight for sure.

Thanking you for your help in advance.

Hi! You said there was a grave marker at Green Hill Cemetery. If we knew which State/County it was in, we could put it there. Since we don't, would appreciate your doing so.

Many thanks,

Was wondering if you were from Macon County. I have spent many wonder times there for over 40 years. Thank you for caring for the people of the cemeteries there.

The photo of the plaque "The Call" is from the Father, Rufus Morgan, Sr. You placed it on the memorial page of the son.
I am nominating Dr. Morgan, Sr., for famous recognition of Dr. Morgan. I hiked with him a number of times.
I'm not sure the plaque belongs on this page and doubt is it were placed on the father's memorial it would stay if selected as famous.
Thanks for posting. Just wanted to make sure things were in their right place. I had a picture of it, but because of my nominations knew it would not last.
