Please contact us using the "PUBLIC" message board below or via the EDIT tab from an individual memorial page for edit requests and transfer requests. To request our email address, please leave a note in the message board with your email address and we'll reply via email. It was necessary to remove our email address because of spam and junk email not related to Find a Grave.

We strive to respond to EDITS, TRANSFER requests and QUESTIONS within a week. We enjoy sharing information and research, are glad to volunteer to take photos, and would like to transfer memorial page(s) to a family member or friend rather than keep it.

We have gained valuable information from using this site and we actively contribute back to requests!

We are glad our photos have made their way to document your family history! It would be kind if you would reference the source of the photos:
Find a Grave: Armstrong History

We spend time to provide the best photos possible that will enhance your family genealogy documentation.

We will take complete family plot photos, and photos that include the entire gravestone, and close up details.

We take the extra time to decipher faint and illegible inscription text (when possible) and provide labels on the photos so that you know what's on the gravestone and can see the intricate detail that may be lost in years to come.

Many times we will type extra information in the "caption" section at we may have obtained from the cemetery office and/or website. We'll document our source.

When we first started using the website, a volunteer provided a family plot photo that included an unknown last name of a person and because of this one photo it unlocked many doors and opened up a wealth of information that may have taken us much longer to uncover! It was "priceless" information!

Whenever we are out at a cemetery to fulfill a photo request, we will also try to take several additional photos of nearby gravestones.

If a memorial page already has a gravestone photo we won't add another similar or duplicate photo because it takes up a valuable space on the memorial page that could be used in the future for a family photo.

We have grown to realize it's important to document the old gravestones and the people the gravestones represent before they are lost forever! And capture an image of the new gravestones also.

Losing track of time in cemetery outweighs losing priceless images and information forever!

We are especially captivated by the artistry and the symbolism of the "tree stump" gravestones that were made available to members of the "Woodmen of the World". Sadly, after the 1920's the gravestones were no longer made because it became too costly to custom make each individual "tree stump" gravestone.

If you come across a "tree stump" gravestone, would you let us know?? Kindly leave the memorial number on our message board below. Thanks!

We hold our military veterans in high esteem, honor their sacrifice and appreciate their dedication to our country. The gravestone of each veteran reminds us of their service.

We understand what it's like to walk the rows of a cemetery looking for a name to fulfill a photo request for someone we don't even know - but realize how important it is to your research and your family documentation.

It's the way we "pay it forward" for the many kind and wonderful people we have crossed paths with along our journey.

THANK YOU . . . for your contributions!

We are dedicated to keeping family history alive for the next generations!

As each new member joins a family, the words of G Massey begins to describe life's journey. It's a favorite of ours and reminds us that we are only here on earth for a short time to LIVE, GROW, and BLOOM!
"A sweet new blossom of humanity fresh fallen from God's own home to flower on earth."

RE: 73626855 - Wysong
No, I am not related to this person. This person was part of Gerald Rhoades family and he was managing it. In early December, Gerald decided he no longer wanted to maintain his memorials and has ask me to maintain them for him.

Pitzer Douglass # 63571807
Do you still have the photos for Pitzer Douglass? His sister, Sarah Douglass # 63571536, is on the same marker and does not have a photo on it. If you still have the photos, please add a copy to Sarah's memorial.

RE: Dewitt Elkin

Thank you for the picture. I only have a picture of him as a very young man. He was my grandmother's nephew.

Thank you,
