We live in Southern Indiana where we raised our 5 sons.|
Please feel free to use any of my memorial stone photos. I seldom post private photos but when I do, please ask first before using them.
#1. I regret that I will no longer just hand over the work I have done.
Naturally, I will transfer within guidelines and will transfer outside guidelines in case by case situations. Tell me WHY you want my hard work given to you. And I am perfectly capable of making "extensive" additions or changes.
FROM FIND A GRAVE:
Simply having someone in your family tree is not grounds for a management transfer request. With hundreds of thousands of contributors, we have many overlapping family trees and it would be impossible for all contributors to manage their entire tree.
Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Explain your relationship in the request! Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not make the transfer.

|Roger Spurgeon||Spurgeon Memorials|
Please excuse me for the errors, I am having a reaction from my meds and am getting medication changes. My head swims when looking at the numbers. The last number correction is 84543263, I rechecked it several times. Roger

Corrections: 83876675, 83876641, 83876876, 84543628, 84543233, 86576498, 84543108. This should conclude the many family transfers that you have given me. I thank you so much. Roger Spurgeon
|Amy L||Samson Emery|
Your posted record of Samson Emery, at Big Spring Church of Christ Cemetery says that he died in 1864, but he could not have died in 1864 since his daughter, Alberta, who is my Great Grandmother wasn't born until 1869 and he can still be found in the 1870 census. Could you please recheck your information and correct it? Thank you.

|Linda Sue Standish||Charles Franklin Carter|
Would you please add for Charles Franklin Carter his 3rd wife, Estelle ("Stella") N. Allen who he married July 30, 1905.
Her name is on his stone, as you can see, but one must think she was not buried there since no death date in etched. Perhaps she remarried or relocated. I could not find a Find A Grave memorial for her.
Thank you. Linda Standish
|Linda Sue Standish||Merritt William Carter|
Memorial # 81728954
Would you be so kind as to add to Merritt William Carter:
Father: #81728422 - Charles Franklin Carter
Mother: #20231644 - Eliza Belle Martin
Spouse: #101518183 - Ruth Florence Wright, married 1910.
As time permits, I'll find the Memorials for their children, Ellen Carter, b. 1914; Charles W. Carter, b. 1919.
Thank you so much.
Linda Standish (relative)
|Steve Hall||Ernest Earl Etzler|
Re: date of birth for E E Etzler, his military registration cards both show 17 April 1884 but his Find A Grave entry shows 13 April 1884. There is no picture of a headstone so it is not possible to verify from that source. Do you have another source that shows 13 April as the correct date? Thanks, Steve Hall
Hello! I just sent an edit for the parents of Cecil (Gillespie) and then realized that she must have been adopted by Collis Gillespie, since he and Janie weren't yet married in 1920 when she was about three - please disregard that! She did marry Beedie Hall sometime around 1935 though.

|Linda Sue Standish||Zink not Link|
Please look at your # 42658730, James Link in Crown Hill Cemetery, Salem, IN. The gravestone shows "Zink". Thank you. Linda Standish
|Linda Lyons||RE: John Voyles|
Well, it was in fact a "homocide." What you might do is just refer the interested to the other listing. I think Voyles researchers would be interested. Lots of references around to the fact without details.
|BAF||Sarah Mitchell Combs|
My roots are in Southern Indiana and I have appreciated your many contributions to Find A Grave. I realize you have a lot of memorials to manage. Just one that I came across that could use some tweaking -- Sarah Mitchell Combs in Mill Creek Cemetery - note should read daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth (Harmon) Mitchell.
Thanks for all your time and effort -- Happy hunting!!
