I will consider transferring memorials outside the F.A.G. guidelines under some circumstances, but I reserve the right to decline transfers outside of guidelines. As far as relatives go, you would have to be closer related than I am and the connection must be clear to me.|
If a photo does not seem readable, click on it and it will enlarge and be easier to read.
I do not copy and paste obituaries from newspapers or funeral home websites word-for-word. I rearrange and reword the obituaries and leave out "survived by" as well as the names of other living persons.
Please use the EDIT tab for corrections and links. Include name, memorial number, and relationship for transfers.

|Marcia Hutchings||Abe Krahn|
Are you related to Abe Krahn and do you do why he used to spell Krahn with a "o" instead of a "a"? Do you know where the Krahn farm was in Langdon, N Dakota and who owns it now? Do you have a copy of his birth certificate, death certificate and marriage license to Faith P Connolly from Edmore, N Dakota? I am also interested in his parents names and where they lived in Langdon. Do you have any information on who lived on the Krahn farm as workers in 1945? He had a brother named Arthur who married Alma had a daughter named Sandra.

|Sam Andrusko||RE: Duplicate entries?|
Aha again! Just checked Familysearch and it appears the Matthias Fleegel who died in 1908 was just an infant: Matthias Fleegel, b. 28 Dec 1907; d. 29 Mar 1908; son of John Fleegel and Maria Feidt. Sad, but ... such is life.
I will add the info to the entry.
P.S. As for Zetha/Zepha, forgot to mention the names of her parents match the info I have, and the entry has been transferred to me, so will be making some additions soon.
|Sam Andrusko||Duplicate entries?|
Your entry (102813547) for Matthias Fleegel has his birth date as 26 Feb 1842 and date of death as 1908; but there is another Matthias Fleegel (104642080) with the exact same birth date, but who died in 1927. Can you double check you information and determine which is correct? They are buried in different cemeteries, but the other entry includes plot information, so that seems definite.
Thanks. Am also sending this to the creators of the other entry.
