I have been working on my family genealogy for over 20 years. It all started when I was a young child and I was talking to my father about his mother, my grandmother. She died when my father was 10 years old. He didn't know anything about her - no birthdate, siblings, etc. That is when I decided that I wanted to know more.
It took me about 20 years to finally find her birth certificate. Within those 20 years, I have found so much information - stories, pictures, etc. on my family. Plus, I have met several very interesting relatives.
I live in Charles Town, West Virginia.

Thank you so much for getting the photo at Edge Hill for me. It was above and beyond, to go in the kind of weather that you are having up there, and I sincerely appreciate it.
