My cousins and I are gathering the descendants of Rowland and Hannah Askew Braithwaite from Kendal, Westmoreland, England. The first of the family came to United States in 1852 and the last to come was in 1882. Their Children: John, Robert, George, Rowland, Hannah, William, Joseph Smith. SIX sons and ONE daughter.
We have been working on this for 10 years. We now have over 20,000 names on the file. This is a work in progress. When we get the file cleaned up we will post it on the web. Hopefully soon.
