I am completely fascinated with genealogy and have always enjoyed visiting cemeteries. Unfortunately, I do not live near where my family are buried. As such, I've joined Find a Grave to hopefully visit my families' graves from afar and pay back the kindness of others for their photos by taking photos of graves near where I live.|
While taking photos to fulfill requests, I often snap photos of nearby headstones to upload as well. If they do not have a record in Find A Grave, I will add them and upload their photos. I am also currently working on uploading some area cemeteries into Find A Grave. I am more than happy to transfer these into the care of friends/family. Please just leave me a message and include the Find A Grave memorial number and I will transfer them as soon as possible. Also, I am human. This means that I can make a mistake. If you notice something, please click on the Edits tab and submit it and I'll correct records as soon as possible.
If you are interested in the original sizes of any of the photos that I've uploaded, I'd be happy to email them to you. I am also happy to revisit cemeteries and try and get inscriptions if they are not quite legible in the photos.
Personal use of my photos is granted. However, commercial (ie: in anything which will garner profit) use of my photos requires permission.

Thank you so much for adding so many pictures to this site--Its so helpful for people like me who live across the country!
I am writing to ask about some information you posted about the person above. You mention two brothers in you description. I would like to know where you got this information. Did you get the information from cemetery records? I only knew about one brother, so I would like to do further research.
Also, would you mind transferring the Salawitch memorials to me please? I am directly related to them all.
Thank you again!!

If you are not related to Samuel(#113262877) and Mollie(#113262875) Drezon, buried in Ohel Yakov Beth Israel Cemetery, would you please transfer them to me. Mr. and Mrs. Drezon were very close friends of my grandparents. I promise to take care of them.

I was wondering if you saw my previous response, and did you get to check Sonia's grave? I had sent my reply through Edit since I wasn't comfortable posting a few of the details publicly.

You are welcome. The cemetery staff is very helpful which makes my work easier. We are blessed to have them.
You will see that I was unable to find Raymond Schuster today.
But, if you look at the pictures for Frank, Mabel Winston or Paul (currently listed as Peter Paul) you will see a new and unmarked grave. I'm convinced that this is Raymond. I'll keep an eye on it. If and when the grave is marked and if it is Raymond I'll be sure to take and post some pictures.
Also.... as far as the two Fischbach babies are concerned I do write there names down on my list when I do go out to St. Gall's. I've never seen them. But, in the south west corner of the cemetery there are several newer markers all for babies. To me this indicates that there are several unmarked graves with babies in this area.
Again, I'm convinced these the two Fischbach's are buried here. I would love to find them one day. Hopefully somebody out there is working on this. It looks like there is.
Again, thanks for the requests.

Thank you so very, very much for these requests, all of them.
But especially the Keaveny's.
My son's best friend growing up (my second son, if you will) is Anthony Keaveny. His parents, Joe and Pat, are from Tintah and, of course, from this family.
So, as you can imagine, I have long been wanting to fulfill requests for them. Especially the two older tall headstones by the road. They're always the first thing I see when I pull into the cemetery.
So again, thanks a ton. What a treat.
Now, along with your requests I have also added photos for Raymond, Muriel, John M., Mary and Thomas Keaveny.
As always, I hope you enjoy all of the pictures.
One last time....thank you very much. What a great trip to Tintah this was.

Hello C. Miller,
I have not located Lena's marker in order to fulfill your request, however, I did locate a Shofer plot that had the following people: Mollye (Birnbaum) Shofer, Sol Shofer, Samuel Shofer, Abraham Steinberg, Freda (Shofer) Steinberg, Harry Shofer and Florence Shofer. I have uploaded the photos for the family that had memorials posted, however, Abraham, Freda and Harry did not have a memorial. I thought that if you were requesting Lena that you may want to create the memorials for the three family members I mentioned that are buried in the Shofer plot. If you do not want to create the memorials please let me know and I will be happy to do so in order that the photos I took have a "home" as well as with the hope that by creating the memorials others will possibly find a missing piece to their family history.
Please let me know how you would like to handle the others buried in the Shofer Plot so that I can either create or upload the photos.
I am still looking for Lena and will upload the photo(s) as soon as I locate her.

As always thanks for the request. I really enjoy the drive to Tintah.
And as always, I have added photos for both Rita Lehman and her husband Bernard.
Enjoy the pictures and keep the request coming.
