Conrad and Mary Amend
Hello Phillip,

Conrad and Mary have no markers. I described exactly where they lie in the photo captions. I also found their obits and submitted an edit, hopefully they will appear soon. Thanks, Kevin

Elvie & John Glidewell
Hello! I have taken photos of Gravesites in Marked Tree Arkansas for the last two summers, and while I thought I'd posted every photo to Find A Grave, I find quite often I've overlooked a photo here and there in the thousands of photos on my phone.

Today I was really excited to find I had a Glidewell photo, so I quickly posted it to your request. And then just as quickly I found I had mixed up Ella and Elvie, John G. And John C. So I've deleted the photo. My apologies!

Please repost your request! I'm pretty sure I've taken photos of every monument within Marked Tree and I'm currently transferring the photos to a cloud drive. I'll continue to keep looking for the correct Glidwell grave stone. If one exists I've sure to run across it!

Leon Livermore Fancher

Just wanted to say thanks for your posting of my grandfather, Leon Livermore Fancher. Looks like you got of lot of the info from my Ancestry tree. I have spent many hours researching his life and I'm glad to see it on Find -A-Grave. I have now joined and hope to post more Fancher items and others. The new headstone was done by myself a few years back.

Re: Grundy Hawkins
The majority of the headstones in the Confederate Cemetery at Fayetteville only mark the grave. They are blank for the most part. However, cemetery records for this cemetery show that Grundy was the 64th interment. His listing shows that he was in Co G, Thomsons Reg., Shelby's Brig. of Missouri. He would be in the Missouri Section of the cemetery. - dennis

I will go look again. I missed the other one. But I found lots of Thompsons there. Not sure

Thank you so much

RE: Stephen Snow @ Clay Hill Cemetery
I've heard there is/(are) a (some) civil war cemetery(ies) somewhere around here, but I don't know where it/(they) is/(are). There are several cemeteries I've been to (around here)that have Civil War Vets in them. Unfortunately, Greene & Taney counties are a bit out of my range, unless you could guarantee I would have something to photograph (& that's the problem isn't it!). With exact position information (in the cemetery) & good directions To the cemetery (and/or a map) I'd be willing to go as far as Springfield (35 miles) IF I have another reason to make the trip (like a medical appointment)and the weather is OK. (like above freezing & no precipitation & no ice/slush/snow on ground & roads). Even though I drive a Jeep, I really don't wish to test it's capabilities :) .
