Recently there was a glitch at Find a Grave; contributors were not notified when a photo request had been completed. I was not able to send a note of thanks because I did not know the photo had been posted. PLEASE accept my thanks now.|
So many people have been very helpful to me; thank you for your ongoing support! I know many researchers will appreciate our efforts.
I enjoy family history, it is like solving a large puzzle. I am still working full time so the hours I have to take pictures and add them are limited.
I have mostly added only family members in the past. There are several cemeteries Scrubgrass Stone Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Big Bend Methodist Church Cemetery, North Washington Union Cemetery, Annisville (New Salem) Cemetery, Mt. Varnum, Prairie, Allegheny, Pleasant Valley and East Unity Presbyterian Church Cemetery that are now completely added to Find a Grave (or at least as complete as I could find records). I have many family members buried in these cemeteries. I will do my best to update the other cemeteries.
I like to travel and often visited many of these cemeteries. I hope to visit them again soon.

|Jerry Fair||Fair Family|
Ms. Jo, you might want to check out the Fair Cemetery, located in Armstrong County, on Ancestry. My 4th great-granduncle, Michael Fair, set aside two acres of his property for the family cemetery.
I do have a lot of family members buried in Butler County.

Ms. McGinnis, thank you for your kindness and hard work that you have done for findagrave. It is persons such as you who make this world a better place in which to live!
If you should ever need any assistance regarding biographic data, I would be more than happy to help.

|Bonnie Parks||RE: Reynolds Family|
My Reynolds family were strictly from Pennsylvania. Here is a link to the oldest Find A Grave memorial 7357478.
George Reynolds came to the US from Scotland in 1754 to fight in the French and Indian war and eventually the American Revolution.

|Carol Girvin||RE: Uriah Patterson|
According to ancestry Uriah is my 2nd great grand uncle. but who knows the accuracy of this relationship. He is the only Uriah I have in this tree but have done very little research. This is my adopted family, and I have been concentrating on my biological family. Sorry I can't help more.
|Terence WHALEN||RE: Mary Lucetta Uber|
Let me do some checking...
Peter Uber 65
Mary Uber 53
Simon Uber 28
Daniel Uber 18
Margaret Uber 16
Washington Uber 11
Abram Uber 43 (Probably a brother)
Location was Liberty Twp, Mercer County, PA which borders Butler County and the Slippery Rock Area. Your subject would have been 21, and might have been married by that date.
I will see what I can find
|Judy Cain Bowser||Olive Martin Bovard|
Jo, I found in a 1910 census record that Olive Martin was the daughter of Richard Hoffman Martin and Agnes C. Hillkirk of Pine Mercer County, Pennsylvania. Several Family Ancestry Trees list her as their daughter with her husband being Lawrence Bovard. If you find anything that is different, please let me know.
