Bio and Links
Bio Photo I never made it to Michigan summer of 2015 and I miss being there to wander thru cemeteries. I especially miss being there to take care of my Beloved Larry's gravesite and make sure it looks nice. It's just been too busy in Texas for me to be away. I'm downsizing and I sold my home, moved into an apartment temporarily while I find another house to buy (which I just did), and I'll be moving again in July into my new (and hopefully last) home. I'll try to get back to Michigan sometime during the summer of 2016.

Should anything I have put on FindAGrave need a change, addition, or a transfer of ownership, just let me know. I'll be happy to promptly do any of them. I also give my permission to anyone who wants to copy any of the photos I've taken. I do expect you'll credit me for taking the photo. When there is a difference in the death or birth date between an obituary and the tombstone, I use the date on the tombstone.

To my fellow FAG Contributors, thank you for all you do and may God Richly Bless You.

Yost Family info

Hi Karen:

Thank you for all your information posted on Find a Grave. I am looking for information about the Yost Family. My third great grandmother is Barbara Ellen Yost of Virginia. She married Daniel David Wilson who is from Pennsylvania. Their son, David Marion Wilson is my great, great grandfather. It looks like David's sister is Mary Ann Wilson who married Aaron Yost. I am looking for any info on these families. Anything advice you may have would be most appreciated.

John F. McDonald
Karen, you put the wrong tombstone picture to John F. McDonald (it is a picture of James F. McDonald), could you please delete it? Thank you for your hard work. Blessings, Nadine

I guess we are cousins of a sort! Margaret was my great grandmother and I remember her well. My grandmother was Ida Hensen Meyer and I spend as much time as was allowed visiting her in Sibley as a child.
Would love to communicate with you about the German connections.

RE: Photo request - Joe Darwin
I'm glad you appreciated the pictures! I thought for a second about the names and YUP they are my husband's great-uncles. They have property between Drummond and Grandview. Sometimes I laugh when I go to Indiana to visit my daughter or to Milwaukee to visit my sister and people will ask me if I know so-and-so in Green Bay but you are the first that I've had that I said YES to! Did you buy a centennial book? Both Drummond & Grandview books are a wonderful for learning the personal history of the area. If you're ever up or need any more pics just ask. Thanks again,
