I live in the suburbs north of Pittsburgh with my husband & two sons and own and operate an information technology company here. |
I became interested in Find A Grave because of my long interest in genealogy. In 2005 I published "The Outten Family" which documents the Outten family that came to the American Colonies in the 1630s. In 2010 I decided to take pictures of the graves in a small cemetery in my neighborhood and post them to FAG. That little cemetery with 159 graves got me hooked. I'm an now working on documenting a number of cemeteries in my local area.
Feel free to use any of my pictures. If you do use a photo please consider leaving flowers at the memorial.

I'm Robert M. McMarlin, Stacy's brother. The info you have placed in Find A Grave is already on their site and placed there at a much earlier date on the occasion of his burial in Arlington Nat.Cemetery. Please delete your entry. Also, he is not his own sibling as shown on your entry. Thank you.
|Glen Pierce||RE: Dr. Campbell - Albin Pierce|
Hi K - Thanks for the note. Boy, that was fast to find you. Too bad his 1905 records are not around. I need to prove my grandfather Albin Wesley Pierce's middlename. Someone connected to Dr. Campbell spelled Albin's name wrong on the 1905 birth certif which was corrected in 1921 except the 1921 birth certif only used 'W' as the middlename. Thanks for your info. Glen firstname.lastname@example.org
|Glen Pierce||Dr. Campbell|
2/7/15 Hi - would you know more about Dr. Campbell? I think this is the doctor who delivered my grandfather Albin Wesley Pierce on Sept 3, 1905 in Paterson NJ. I am looking for his records. The 1905 doctor's office spelled Albin's name wrong. He sent in a birth certif of Albion Westley Pier and spelled his father's last name wrong as Pier. 16 years later, Albin's father Charles Pierce had the birth certif corrected in 1921.
Finding Campbell's 1905 log book or whatever could solve some family name issues. Thanks for any tips. Your site is my first big lead. Glen Wesley Pierce email@example.com
Thanks for posting the pictures of Olga F and Walter Zehmisch. I'm their great-granddaughter. Recently took on the project of tracing my roots. Having fun discovering everything I can.
Thank you for listing and the pictures of the grave stones for my family members.I have requested maintenance for these relatives because of extensive genealogy and pictures I can share with whomever inquires about them. Thank you for your consideration.

|cathy lindeman||RE: Mary A Caskile Zimmerman memorial|
Yes, my problem is that I can't Alex in the 1870 census either. He was discharged out east after the Civil War-this makes me think he may have married her somewhere in New Jersey and then he brought her back to Allegeny co.I've tried all kinds of combinations of Caskile, Caskill, Gaskile, Gaskill etc. but have not found her or a family in the area. there are Caskiles out east.
I can't find him in the 1880 census with his second wife,Sarah either. His son, Harry is there in 1880 living with his grandparents. This makes me think that he moved somewhere else after his second marriage in 1776. He was appointed postmaster in Allegheny co. in 1889. The name of the post office was Erwine. I've not been able to find out where that was in the county.
It is possible that he was left off the census, but two decades in a row is a bit unusual.
I appreciate you double checking the spelling of the last name for me.
