RE: Thank you
Thank you for your reply. I do have a question (or 2). First, there were 2 boys - Ray Austin and Raymond. Why the same name?

Thank you
Thank you for the cemetery photo of Ora J Lambert Sherrill. I am doing a search for my cousin and the photo is of his wife's grandmother's grave. I live in Maine. Thank you for your work.

RE: James carra Brown
Hi, I haven't given up. I am going to walk the cemetery one more time. Quite honestly, it should be there, a burial from 1958 isn't that old in the cemetery scheme of things!

RE: decoration
Hi Ann! I don't go to the decoration my self. I just talked to a lady that goes there and she said they no longer have a dinner. It is an active church, so they will be having church services that day (Sunday, May 27, 2012).

RE: Margaret lane Simes
I wished I had the information but have not found any connection with her to my lane family line, but most likely they are related as most of them came from Scott County, and crossed over into Tennessee.

What I found is the same as you have on Ancestry his death certificate.

Have you checked with the military as they usually put a head stone on the grave site.. They may have not had the information at the time of death..

Burial date 3 Apr 1968

VA Hospital, Tuskegee, Ala37 Dothan, Huston, Alabama,

Served in WWI

Route 5, box 1

cemetery unknown
Funeral Home, Dothan, Alabama did you check with Funeral Home? Here is a list that I am sure you prob check out.. http://www.imortuary.com/funeral-homes/alabama/dothan.php

Hope this helps.

If I come across something I will let you know. Good luck in your search.
