|Anthony||In Re: Sarah Cordia Pippin Hobbs|
Thanks for the assist. I was working from High on a Windy Hill by Catherine Sanders McConnell when I did the spreadsheet for Walnut Grove. The person(s) who did the recording of the grave markers recorded her middle name as Cordelia. After your edit, I checked my copy of the Death Certificate Index which agrees with what you sent.

I would love to add dates to these memorials. The list from the cemetery office only lists names and plots for them.
The cemetery lists 7 Kegley's buried in Block 60 Lot 48. They are listed as: William Robert, Rose Marie, 2 unnamed infant sons of William Robert, 2 unnamed infant daughters of William Robert and one unnamed infant of William Robert with no gender listed. I got your email that William Sr. is buried in another state so the William in this plot must be the infant you have listed as William Jr so I will delete that memorial.
I remember thinking as I created these memorials how incredibly sad for this family to lose so many children. Please feel free to send any info you have and I can email my contact in the cemetery office to see if she has any record that would clear up the son/daughter discrepancy but with the holiday I don't expect I will hear back from her before next week.
Thanks for contacting me.

why of course you can

Ok, thanks for trying. I really appreciate it. He died in 1929. I figured if he was there it would be one of the old rocks with no names....
Good luck with the new school year. My wife started back 2 weeks ago.

You are welcome! Did you happen to see anything in the cemetery records about Elias Rutherford??
|Keith Meadows||Elias Rutherford|
I went by the cemetery yesterday to take that picture and I was looking for another individual named Elias Rutherford. I did not find his grave. Can you please check to see if he's supposed to be in there and if there's any documentation as to where he is. I looked pretty good but I guess I could have overlooked another needle in the haystack.
Thanks for your help!!!

You put the photo for your entry on there and I put the photo for my entry on there as well. You can blow the pictures up and tell they are absolutely different letters so you haven't messed up at all. They must have been twins - just somewhat strange that they did the same year as well....
