I will transfer a memorial within FAG guidelines but don't strictly adhere to the rules. I would rather a memorial be managed by a family member or friend.|
Please feel free to post pictures to any memorial I have created. Please don't add more photos of the marker unless you have one that is significantly better. If it is, let me know and I will delete the photo I have posted. If you have additional information, corrections, etc., please use the edit feature and I will be glad to make the changes.
Feel free to use any photos I have posted as long as it's for your personal use. If you want to use them for anything else please ask.

I am also a direct descendent through Franklin. :)
Have you tried to join the Mayflower Society through this line? I'm preparing to make an attempt.
|searcher||Lorenzo D. Vaughn|
I think he might be my great greandfather. I found him in the Illinois cencus in the household of William N. Vaughn. I think it was the 1890 or 1900 census. He was listed along with Catherine Vaughn his wife and several children of theirs. By the information in the cencus I calulated his birthdate as 1871.
Where did you get the information for your calculated relationships? I would like to follow up this lead. I am trying to find the father and mother of Alfred Nelson Vaughn born March 18, 1866 in Mason Co., Illinois.
Thank-you for any help you can give me.

Scott; Just another Thank You both for the most recent family member transfer and for all you do to help memorialize our loved ones. Lonnie
|Velma Greer||Gilbert family|
Thank you for looking for the Gilbert family at Cannady Cemetery. They are most likely unmarked, as you said. You are very kind to let me know.
|TLundquist||RE: Jason McLeoud|
Yes, he is my great-uncle, but he is a mystery to me, too. My mother remembers her father periodically calling "the embassy" (or some official office)every few years just to make sure that his brother, Jason, was still alive. I have a photo of Jason and his daughter and grand-daughter, taken in the late 1950s, but I don't know where in South America the photo was taken.

Might you have more info on Seth Smith buried in Ill. Are you a relative or do you know of one?
|Debra ||Virginia Houston Parrish|
Hi Scott, Just a note to say I linked the daughter Virginia to Robert and Sarah.
I am curious as to the Obit for Robert, it lists Virginia as living at the time of his death.
I hope to get a visual of her grave in the next couple days.
All the best, Debra
