|I have been interested in genealogy for many years, and love the ability of being able to preserve the monuments of those who came before us via Find-A-Grave. In my spare time I enjoy visting cemeteries in my local area of southern Illinois and also Perry Co. Missouri, and I try to photograph the entire cemetery and add the info to Find-A-Grave. I will also gladly update links and make corrections.|

We did not use young as part of name. Will look with that spelling. I have photographed this cemetery and if I find a location I will look again.

I know it has been a long time since you listed this cemetery. Do you by any chance have a log that would indicate others buried near him. He is the only Lewis in the Cemetery. This matches the sketchy information I have and hope that I have found him.
I live in KC and can not travel to Ava. Please let me know any info you have.

If you call Acacia Park Cemetery and Mausoleum at 773-625-7838 and:
1. Ask if your photo request person has a headstone / grave marker.
2. If there is a headstone / grave marker ask for the section, block, lot and grave number.
3. If you send that information to me, Susan (#48964989) I will go there and fulfill your photo request. Of course any other Find A Grave volunteer can also fulfill your request if you then add the headstone location information to your photo request page.

I have not been able to find a grave or any obituary for her. I have their original marriage license and tintypes of their wedding day, but nothing on burial. She was born in Stoddard County, Missouri and I haven't researched her family yet. If I find anything I will let you know. I think she is probably buried with Joe, but no stone.

Thank you so much for what you do. Anna's mother was Martha Jane Morgan 1860 -1899. Elizabeth Quillman is her step-mother.
