Find A Grave Memorial# 117517777
Confederate soldier listed as B. Kersey is
Bannister Kersey. Born in 1843 to Bannister Sr and Nancy Lawhone in Randolph County, Georgia.
He died of typhoid fever in boot camp in hospital at Savannah, Georgia.

I see your middle name is Hersey and wonder if you are tied in with the Kersey family?

Bob Valjien
Thank you for documenting the information regarding Robert Pierre Valjien on Findagrave. His mother, Bessie Faye Hall, aka: Cena San Lue Valjien was cremated. I have no idea where the ashes are located. Robert's half-brother, William Clay Scott was also cremated and last known the ashes were kept in the home of his second wife, Betty J. (Bruner) Scott.

Hi Carol, I am a descendant of the Smith's and would like to know if you have info that you would share of Elizabeth Smith Hursey's family. She was my gg-grandfather's sister. Thanks, Faye

Hi Carol,

I will go by next week and get pictures of the headstones for you and let you know when I put them on and also if you would like your moms memorial site, I would be happy to transfer it to you. Sandy

RE: Susie Stafford Hodges
Well you really got me on that one, it was so long ago, I can't remember. I am going to transfer her memorial to you and you can fix it.

RE: Baker-Moore cemetery
...sorry, cut my message off too soon.

I can submit it to admin for them to be merged.
If we ask, they can keep both names by making one of them an AKA linking to the other.

RE: Baker-Moore cemetery
Then as duplicate cemeteries, they need to be merged.
