RE: Edward Payson Hatch
I would love to maintain if that is OK. Possibly that would eventually lead me to relatives who would like the letters, too.

Edward Payson Hatch
Noticed you posted he picture of Edward Payson Hatch. We have additional details of his life in Illinois. His father was James C Hatch of Lisle IL # 33723087. James C was brother of my gr gr grandfather, Luther Hatch. We also have a collection of E P Hatches Civil War letters that might be of interest if descendants are still around.

I was doing some research on Green Ridge Cemetery and came upon this website... Don't know if you have seen it yet, but if not, it has some great information and photos! Here is the link:

Thanks!

RE: Amanda Thompson
All you can do is ask! Most people are nice enough. Use the edit button and just explain who Amanda is to you and that you had added the memorial not realizing there was one already one there and would she mind deleting hers and you would give her credit for her information. Remember to give her your contributor number!!!!

Good luck!

Well that makes taking the photos even greater! I didn't realize it was your grandfather. I enjoy doing this so much, but when I actually run across someone that is personally linked to a person, it's so much better. Makes my day! :)

RE: McCampbell-Willis gravestone
I have entered the photos for all. Thank you for taking the time to explain it to me. That's great information, as my son and I were very confused with there being 2 stones for one child and also being different last names. I was also confused on which place he was actually buried. I believe there are actually 2 memorials put up for the Willis child, and I think the other memorial stated he was buried next to his twin sister. I love learning about the history of families and how they were related. I know the treasurer of the cemetery had told me that everyone in the cemetery ties in together somehow. Thanks so much!
