Born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Lived most of my life there. Then relocated, first to Decatur, IL and then to Hillsboro, IL. |
Have been involved in genealogy for many years. I guess I was following in my grandfather's footsteps. Now that I am retired it has become my passion.

|Donna Gaddie||all the memorials|
You do superb work. I know it is a labor of love. Just so glad to see some of my ancestors.
I didn't mean to intrude as know this all your work and many of them your husband's ancestors.
I am just grateful to see the memorials and get needed information from them.
Thanks again so much for information on Collins family and for all the work you do on Find A Grave.
|Donna Gaddie||Col. William A. Gorham|
Col. William A Gorham my great, great, great grandfather was married to Maranda (Miranda) Collins. She was a daughter of Capt. Robert Collins and Susanna Lillard Collins. I have her birth date, marriage date, death date and where she is buried. I would send information but can't get your regular e-mail to open.
Please contact me as I feel we have information to exchange. It also be nice to see how your husband and I are related through the Collins line.
I do live in Northern Kentucky.

So are they his grandparents too. I am trying to establish War of 1812 ancestors and Revolutionary War ancestors. I want to join DAR and War of 1812 group. Many of my friends who belong to another group I belong to are members and have asked me to join.
I would like to exchange information.
Since these are his relatives I am sure you don't want to transfer.
Have you been to the Collins Graveyard?
|Donna Gaddie||43098719 and 430981775|
These two persons, Capt Robert Collins and Susanna Lillard Collins are my great great great great grandpaents. Could they be transferred to me?
I see you got information from Franklin County cemetery records. Do they have site. As looking for other Collins family members.

William Gorham is my 3x grandfather. Could you transfer him to me? I do have biographic information on him. Have you researched him at all? The one thing I can't find is when he became a Colonel.
Thank you so much for the transfer of the Bass memorials. Appreciate all you do for findagrave. You're the best!!!

Wow! So you're practically a relative!
No, I'm not sure where Everett is. He may have been cremated... I'll ask Nila.
Let me know if you find out anything...

Hi, Thanks for adding this memorial! Since this is my 1st cousin I'm hoping you will allow me to manage him. Would you be so kind as to transfer him to me? Thank you so much!

I have several pictures of markers in this cemetery that are DamkEy or DamkAy. If you want copies of them please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org I would be more than happy to forward them to you. There was an Anna and George Damkay buried besides Conrad and Sarah.
