I'm looking for someone to care for and repair the 3 Doil grave markers in Neece Cemetery. I expect that there will be a fee. Thanks, Walter Weeks

Mortimer Cheatham - #85971652
Dania - If you could make the link and update that I requested below on Aug. 29, 2013, I would appreciate it. Thank you - Bill Cheatham (Member #47076759)

Dania - Would you please link Mortimer's memorial to the memorial of his father
James Owen Cheatham (#85974702). Also, if you could recheck his death date. I the date as 14 June previously and in looking at the tombstone photo, it does appear to be "14". Mortimer is a distant Cheatham cousin, hence my interest in
his memorial. Thank you - Bill Cheatham (Member #47076759)

My Message on the Smiths
Dania, I have no idea why the wrong heading was on that memorial about the Smiths?? I had been working on a Zimmerman family and evidently I had hit "copy" and forgot to "paste" it to the correct message...

Hi Dania,

Thank you so much for the speedy reply, I really appreciate your kindness.
Yes, it is certainly a blessing that you cared enough to photo those old stones for the Smiths considering the shape they are in. So many times old stones disappear and we loose the history behind those that have gone before us.

Constantine and Sarah Smith
Hi Dania,

I would first like to thank you for posting the many helpful memorials you've done. It is so nice to run across some that can be connected to my ancestors also.

The two I am inquiring about is that of Constantine Smith, Memorial # 86609421, and his wife
Sarah Smith, Memorial # 84386747.
If you wouldn't mind transferring them to me, I can add some information to their memorials and connect them to other family members.

Thanking you for considering this,

RE: William James Cannon
HI.. Thank you for your reply! The Cemetery is Nebo- in Pike Co. Illinois. By the way, are you related to the Ward line that is related to Lydia Narcissus Ward? Her father was Alfred Ward and was married to Tabitha Elizabeth Lehue. I am a direct descendant of them. I would love to know more about the father of William James Cannon buried in Nebo Cemetery.. that way i can further search on my Cannon line.. thank you again.. Nancy-

William James Cannon
Hi there! I was wondering if you know who the father is of William James Cannon b. 1844-1906. He was married to Sarah Elizabeth Wilson. They had a daughter named Minnie V. Cannon. I am related to the Cannon's including Joseph Gurney Cannon, the speaker of the house. Any info you can provide would be so helpful. Thank you much,Nancy-
