My name is Donna Schulz and I would like your permission to post the photo of Sophia Parker's headstone which you posted to findagrave to my ancestry.com tree. Sophia is a distant cousin of mine.
Thank you for your consideration!

To M. Nash,
Thanks you so much for the pictures you added to Find a Grave Site of Peter & Mahala Coday. I believe that Peter was the brother of my Great Grandfather Edward Fenwick Coday! I now have a means to possible find the link and a formal document of the Coday's in Licking County by the baptism information of Peter on the Find a Grave web site.
To get pictures from this time is so rare and again, my family and I are very excited.

I search various auction sites for identified period photographs and frequently, if a memorial and identity match, post them here. I am a firm believer that every person, notable or not, should be remembered. I also hope that by posting the auction photographs, a family member may be able to retrieve their ancestors image. Although, I find many of the auction prices outrageous.

Thank you for the information. I am glad that you appreciate what I see as the right of family over salesmen. Unfortunately, I didn't know a Nick Jr existed, so Nick Sr met the criteria. Here's the link to the auction and I noted that luckily in your circumstances, the price tag on this auction isn't too ridiculous, in relative terms.

You're welcome. You may copy any headstone photos I've taken for posting in genealogy collections of any kind as long as the photograph is cited. Thank you for the note and taking the time to create a proper citation.
