RE: Utah Cemetery
Debbie I have been there a couple of times but it was in the summer when I was there, depending on the time of year you go down the roads are not the best of roads around the area best to go when there is no snow or rain. I go down 33 to the Movie 10 theater and turn left onto New Floodwood road I believe it is Twp. road 294, I think it dead ends into Utah Ridge Twp road 295 turn left then it is down a few miles on the right it is right on the road and fenced in well kept and nice. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me. Most of the stones are very aged up there. I have found a few family members headstones but I am sure a lot have been lost to the times. Take someone with you. Willy

RE: Everett Bingham
I thought maybe. The person who created the memorial in Union Cemetery should be notified of the mistake. I'll probably try sending the person a nice note to let them know of the mistake.

Everett Bingham
You requested a photo of Everett Bingham buried in Union Cemetery, Athens County. I can't locate him in that cemetery, but I did find an Everett Bingman buring in West Union Street Cemetery (Athens)(sometimes called Union Street Cemetery). The death date is 1970 and birth is 1898. F.A.G. memorial 134237150. Wife's name is Ruth. Is this possibly the person you are looking for? The person entering the memorial at Union Cemetery may have posted the wrong spelling of the name and the wrong cemetery.

Re: Charity Jane Koon Cullison
Hi Debbie, I do not have any more information for Charity. All I came up with was a marriage to George W. Cullison in Athens County, Ohio.

John Cagg
RE: Your photo request. I photographed the entire cemetery and found no stones for the Cagg family. I just completed adding all the known burials for Hill Grove, except for newer burials. There is another volunteer that enters obits. I have records for all burials up to 2005. I just added a DC for John Cagg. If you want to maintain them let me know.

RE: Buchtel Cemetery
Hi, I have Dew, Conner, Buchtel,St. Patrick, Whitmore and Hilltop cemeteries photographed all...just tricky to find one particular one. I have added all my Buchtel pics....not too many of those ones..

I have a Dew gravestone that I don't know who it is but the dates were readable. I have them up for volunteer photo request to clean up then take pics to see i they can find out who it is. Do you have the records to know who it is? It is someone beside Col. Locke.

RE: Harriet Annon Bean Whitmore
I wondered whether she might have remarried! That makes sense. Are you a relative?

Hattie and Nettie Bean
So it turns out that Hattie Bean (1875- )and Nettie Bean (1867-1948) were sisters who married brothers! Their parents were Jessie Wade Annon and Hannah Carter Annon. Since they were 13 years apart in age, they didn't appear on the same census, but both have birth records showing the same parents. Hattie married Allen Bean (1968-1943), and Nettie married (Charles) Emery Bean (1865-1933). The parents of Allen and Emery were James and Mary Isabel Bean.

According to their death certificates, Nettie and Emery were buried at Bean Cemetery, so I'll make records for them there.

Hattie and Allen appear together in the 1940 census, and Allen is listed as married on his death certificate, so Hattie probably died after 1943, but I haven't been able to find a death certificate for her that I'm confident about. If I get access to West Union Street records, I'll check there. Lately, that has been more difficult.
