John Turnbaugh
Hi Tammy, hope you can help. You posted a gravestone for George Turnbaugh on a memorial for John Turnbaugh (Find A Grave # 95722041). There does not appear to be a headstone for John according to other researches that have assisted me in Ozark County, is it possible that John is actually buried there but there was never a gravestone? Thanks for any information you can provide!

best regards,

I hope to visit there one day to step on ground that my Great Aunt Emma often shared with me in her stories of her youth in the Fay, MO area.

Tammy,

Oh thank you, thank you! You certainly went kindly out of your way to fulfill a request for me in regards to my Great-Great Grandmother's headstone photo that is beautiful and so much easier to read. I was not aware there was an inscription on the bottom portion. I'm so very pleased to see this much-improved photo!
It is also wonderful to share an awesome website that connects family with their loved one's final resting places, that enjoy hunting and finding history as much as I do. I can't express to you the gratitude I have for your sweet time and blessed efforts, but I will pay it forward to someone else searching for that special loved one in my area in Oklahoma.
May God bless you for your friendly kindness you've shared so willing to me.
Grateful,
Susan Hill

RE: Emaline Swafford
Tammy, that would be great and a very special effort by you, but I understand the possible delay as we have had 5.5" of snow on Sunday and expecting more tonight. I'm not in a hurry, but when you can get to it, I'd greatly appreciate your help in tracing my Swafford family from that area.
Grateful, Susan

Tammy,

I have received notice that there was a problem with my photo request, I apologize, but I'm grateful for your efforts. This is a key clue for my Swafford family research and I had hoped that someone would try to get a better, readable "date" picture for a better clue. Perhaps I can travel there one day to get a charcoal tracing for a better clue.
Thank you for your troubles and efforts,
Susan Hill

Please forgive me. I was unaware, when I made my request, but then discovered, this lady was cremated & a close family member still has the ashes. Thank you so very much for the trouble you went to in searching for a headstone.
Sincerely, Valerie

Tammy, Thanks so much for helping us find this man who died in Vietnam. We would like to use your photo on our vietnam web site (www.coffeltdatabase.org)
Also if you are out there again we would like a close up of his picture on the grave stone to post at the vietnam wall in Washington,DC. The two photos they have at www.vvmf.org are of poor quality.
Thanks Robert Sage Vietnam 1968-69-70
