Hi Mom
I don't know how to leave you a private message. But I'm in Washington State now. If there's anything I can do to help from here, please let me know. I'm happy to help. I would like to learn more about our family. Thank you very much for posting the photos. Much love, N.

RE: John Henry Rivers
Hi,
It wasn't Mr Parker. It was Mr Rivers.
And, my little brother's wife is Marilyn's daughter Lisa.

RE: John Henry Rivers
Hah, I don't have a wife.
My little brother's wife is related. Sarah was her great grandmother. Sarah and her first husband James Ashley had a daughter Ann who married Aldis French. Ever hear of them? Aldis and Ann were my little brother's wife's grandparents.

Hi,
Its me Nathan again.
Hope you are doing ok?
I finally got Sarah linked to her second husband, John River's, page. And, I fixed up John's page. Check it out and see what you think.
I also made an unknown burial page for Sarah's daughter Vivian Ashley Allen and linked her to Sarah. Vivian's husband is buried here in Portland in Willamette National military cemetery but Vivian for some reason died in Milwaukie, WI after her husband died and I have never been able to find where she got buried.

Hello,

I'm in the process of transcribing this cemetery and I would like to finish before I transfer. It's easier for me to update a memorial as a go along, instead of waiting for someone else.

According to Find a Grave's FAQs photos aren't suppose to have surrounding white space. I've cropped out the white border in the photo and I would like to email it to you so you can repost to this memorial. This way you can use it to post to other memorials. If that appeals to you send me an email and I'll it mail it back to you.

Thanks!

Connnie

Hi Azalea,
You should make a page for your father. You have not tried making a page for anyone yet. That would be neat if there was a page for him on Find A Grave. If you need any help knowing how to do that I could try and explain how.
If you would rather email me then do messages this way, my email address is=

Hi Azalea,
Thanks for the info on Leola. I added the info you sent, to her page. I found her ex-husband Herman and linked Leola's page to his page.

Hi Azalea,
Nice to meet you. :-]
Thanks for your nice message. That is a neat picture you put onto Sarah Ashley Rivers' page. Thank you for that.
I have done a bunch of work on this branch off of my tree. Sarah was my sister-in-law's great grandmother.
Do you know when and where John H Rivers died and was buried? Did he die in Stanislaus County in 1953? Is that the right John Rivers? There is a John Henry Rivers in the CA death index who died January 16, 1953 in Stanislaus County. It says he was born in 1871 in N.Y.
So your father David died in Sacramento July 23, 1996? I tried to find where he was buried but I did not figure that out yet. Do you know?
I did not figure out who he married either. I bet you know? :-]
