Someone--a distant family member--is seeking info on Sarah and Francis Beaver. She has Sarah buried in Lemoore cem. not Grangeville as we had. Can you tell me which cemetery is correct?

thanks for helping us solve this.

RE: Nielsen family
Thank you so much Rosemary. I'm pretty sure these are my sons' Nielsen's from their Dads side. We dont have a lot of info on them and there is so many variations of the spelling.

Rose, I'll be going to Hills Ferry in a few days. Do you have any more family you want me to take pictures of? There is one family member that died in 2013 that I didn't take a picture and with all the confusion I lost the name. Regards, Les

Oscar Beaver Transfer.
Mr Beaver is not my family. (I'm the Garrison three.) I'll gladly keep him, but he may belong to someone else.

Happy Friday! I received all of the transfers - THANK YOU SO MUCH! It looks like you spent A LOT of time creating the memorials and taking all of those pictures! Thank you! Again, I REALLY appreciate all of your efforts! With so much family at Lemoore, I really should take a trip up there. My condolences for your loss :(

RE: Cora Whitney
I did call the office. they said they cannot help on graves so old. The records are not detailed for back then. Is Herschel's grave like Cora's? I am sure he is their brother, so will you add his memorial or shall I?

RE: Cora Whitney
Question: Were there dates on the marker? Or just her name? And was her name simply Cora Whitney? Thanks!

RE: Cora Whitney
You are so kind to reply at length. I spent many hours tracking down Cora Whitney, a distant cousin-- through marriages and lots of moving. Most of her family stayed in and are buried in Texas. However, Chester Garrison is her brother, also childless. When I found his grave (already on findagrave) that gave me the clue that she might be there, too. Herschel is a new Garrison for me! I wonder if he is a cousin of theirs or a lost brother? I'll check my Ancestry family tree. If there is no memorial for him, you might add Herschel. I fear Cora's life was a difficult one. She lost her mother at a young age and raised her siblings. She didn't marry until 40, and then her preacher husband seems to have taken her to CA-- where she divorced and remarried and divorced again. It's sad to think of her with a simple cement marker, but at least her grave is known, now, and marked. Thank you!

Kurtz Family Plot
Wow! THANK YOU for ALL of your efforts! You are awesome! At your convenience, if you wouldn't mind transferring them to me, I would love to have them!! My Find-A-Grave number is 48236983. My mother was adopted as a baby in 1950 and didn't meet her birth parents until 1994. The Dickenson family, Kurtz family, Lowry family, et al, who are buried in Lemoore are all part of her birth parent's ancestry that we've only recently began researching. Thank you, again, for spending your time doing this for my family and I. We REALLY appreciate it!

Cora Whitney
Thank you, Rosemary, for the photos of Cora's grave marker. It's a little strange, isn't it? Does it look like a pauper's grave or are there other cement markers like it in the cemetery? Just curious! Thank you, Alex
