RE: Thank you!
Good morning Suzy,
I called Evergreen Cemetery a few minutes ago and they confirmed that Henry Kingsley Adams is buried in the same plot as his parents. His grave is to the right of his Mother Ella. I will check to see if the marker is buried under the grass. It is raining a bit right now but I will see if I can go check it out between showers.

RE: Thank you!
Good morning Suzanne,
I just noticed the part of your message about Bristol, England. My wife went to boarding school many years ago in England, around Manchester I believe. I bet there are some interesting cemeteries there.

Evergreen has a lot of Adams members listed but the cemetery is only around half listed on Find a Grave. As volunteers keep adding more names it keeps getting better . I enjoy visiting Evergreen Cemetery, it seems I find something new each time I visit. I will keep an open eye for Henry Kingsley Adams. The next trip I make to Evergreen I will probe around that family plot some more to see if I have missed some markers.

RE: Thank you!
Hello Suzanne,
This has been very interesting. I went this morning to do a photo request for Find a Grave contributor Andrew Lau. The request was for John David Fleming and his wife Ruth Adams Fleming. When I found the plot it is in the Adams family plot with several last names buried there. I took photos of the entire plot and all the markers. All the graves I am going to mention are in Section H lot 123. There are 2 markers in the front of the plot. Henry G. Adams , May 10, 1861- November 1, 1929 and his wife is next to him. Ella T. Adams, November 22, 1867- Sept. 16, 1921. There is an upright marker with the name Adams on it between the row with Henry Sr. And Ella and then on the other side of the Adams marker is a row with four markers for five people. On the left of the back row is John D. Fleming and then his Wife Ruth A. (Adams) Fleming. Then to the right of Ruth Adams Fleming is her brother H. Guilford Adams, Jr. March 26, 1906- April 18, 1963. To the right of H. Guilford Adams, Jr. Is the fourth marker on the back row with 2 names on it. The marker has the name Mahoney as the family name and then on the left side of the marker is William Hardy Jan. 29, 1922- Mar. 22, 2005, and on the right Olive Fleming, and the only date for Olive is Sept. 29, 1926. I don't know if both William Hardee and Olive Fleming had the last name Mahoney. I added marker photos to all of these memorials and sent a SAC to the contributor to link Ruth Adams Fleming to Henry and Ella Adams. I added a memorial for Henry Guilford Adams, Jr. And linked him to his parents, Henry and Ella. I got the linking information from the 1910 U.S. Census. That is all the markers I came across in that family plot. The marker with Adams inscribed has just the family name on each side.

If you have other family you think are in Evergreen I may can help. If you will call the Evergreen office at (904) 353-3649 and find the location of the grave I may have a marker photo. Please make sure to ask is the grave marked. I have a LOT of Evergreen photos. I have been trying to catalogue them but a long ways from finished. If I know the Section II can look through that one section in my photo files. If I had know the Flemings were in Section H I had a photo already without having to make a trip. For example, in just Section H, I have 4430 photos . Evergreen is huge! Over the past year and a half I have take close to 90,000 photos at Evergreen but it is impossible for me to look through all of them to find a marker.
