If you'd like to send edits I'll gladly accept them. I'd also be willing to transfer the memorial to you if you'd like to manage it since yours was open first.

Thanks for her date of death. Sometimes the living are more important than the dead. You are a gem.

Thank you for the additional information. I knew D'Evlin for Annie. The extra info link for her parents John Joseph D'Evlin and Ann Gamble was not included. Perhaps you can let me have it. I only found that John died 1888 in QLD.

A little confused here..... Got your message asking me to change burials at Caboolture cemetery to Uniting Church - but the only Uniting Church that comes up in the Find A Grave index is in Tasmania! I see you've posted the picture of the memorial for David in Caboolture - many thanx!
My email address is at the bottom of my profile page.

Scott CANNARD grave
Thank you so much for taking the photo of the grave of Scott CANNARD for me, I really appreciate it.
I can't visit the cemetery myself, so it is great there are volunteers like you to help!

Hi, I am enlisting your help once again. For an Anzac Centenary project I wish to locate the grave of the above AIF soldier. He died in Brisbane 24 September 1956. I cannot find his grave on BCC findagrave site. Can you assist? Thank you.

I am so sorry I have taken forever to get back to you. My dad has been really jnwell, but I was hoping he could remember "something", but unfortunately he is too frail. I used what you gave me and found the McKecknie graves and was able to photograph them, and a war historian has found a record of George, (know as Lawson). I really appreciTe your help, thank you.

RE: Smith - Nundah Cemetery
Thanks Bevo.

You are correct his wife had re-married and her new surname was "Blake". Now I also know where she is buried.

Thanks once again.

RE: Smith - Nundah Cemetery
Hi Bevo,

Thanks once again for following up on this photo request. Looking at that headstone it wouldn't have been an easy find.

I actually didn't know that Edna was there too, so that was good pick up.

Were you able to see what was written on that white stone lying on Edna's grave.

I have pieced together all the family (so thank you for your offer anyway).

Regards, Boz

I've requested Serenity Now to remove two of her photos from the site. I only hope she does as she is the only one who can. Will keep you posted.
Cheers - John.

RE: Smith - Nundah Cemetery
Hi Bevo,

I never expected you to go to so much trouble, so thank you so much.

I couldn't work out how to do a link, so have added the Funeral notice to Edward Eliott Smith's page. You can see the details there. Hope this helps.

RE: Smith - Nundah Cemetery
Hi Bevo,

I've re-checked my information, and found on Trove his funeral notice in The Brisbane Courier on 27th December 1928 which said he was to be buried at the Nundah Cemetery on that day.

I've also update his record here to reflect - Edward Elliott Smith (1879-1928).

Thank you for your help.
