|Dale Schaefer||RE: Hi Dale :)|
Transfers are done and certainly you can use any photos I've taken. I take them in hopes that family WILL find them and want them. :-) Good luck on your family history documentation.

|Kim Ray Layton||Henry Preston Morgan 82278232|
You posted Henry Preston Morgan was your 3rd great grandfather, and I've just come across information that my great grandmother was Emelina Elizabeth Morgan (married Leonard Lee Ray).
I found Emelina, listed as a daughter to Henry, on an 1860 Census--which led me to Henry's Find A Grave Memorial.
Do you have any genealogy information on this family...that you would be willing to share? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

|Allen Reedy Curtis||RE: Hi Allen,|
Shannon: Lawrence Payne is my 4th Great-Grandfather as well, his grandson Levi Carroll Payne is my 2nd GGrandfather. I visited the cemetery where he was buried last week in Itawamba County--New Chapel Cemetery, a large cemetery in the middle of nowhere.
I have W R Scribner enumerated twice in 1850 just failed to mention it. I did not know he had a brother so that is new information for me. If you have any further detailed information on the Scribner/Scrivers please feel free to use my home email; email@example.com

|Allen Reedy Curtis||James Charles Payne|
Charles Payne (father of your Dee Moses Payne memorial) and his wife Annie (or Amanda) had a farm worker in 1850 in Monroe County, MS by the name of William Riley Scribner. He was my 2nd great grandfather.
Charles's wife introduced her niece, Nancy, to W.R. and they married soon thereafter. I thought you might like to hear that story.
I also have a Payne line in my family that was from that area of MS but I cannot find the link, if any, between your line and mine.

|Donal Lee||My Father's Family|
Hello Shannon, my name is Donal Lee, and I am trying to find out who my father's family was. I knew him to be Fredrick Lee, Lee name acquired through adoption. I am some what sure that his father's name was Pat McCaffery. Not sure of the spelling though. I do not have a name for my paternal grandmother though.
I was recently shocked to discover that my father had an uncle named Nickoli 'Dick' Payne, and, in 1942 at the age of 14 yrs old, my father, known as Barney Lee at the time, shot and killed his uncle, at Jamesburgh, in Monterey Co.
Information regarding the circumstance leading to this incident seems to be non existent.
I had never heard the name 'Payne' before, and wounder if he would have been a brother to my father's mother. Does any of this make sense to you. Is there anything you can tell me about Nickoli Payne, and how he and Barney Lee where related. I would be greatly thankful.
